Should civil servants bring briefcases to interview women, give questions before entering the examination room, leave time for thinking, or ask questions and answer them now?
No need to bring it. The waiting room draws lots to decide the interview order, and you are not allowed to bring anything into the interview examination room. There are usually 4-5 questions after entering. Ask questions and answer them together. Generally speaking, the thinking time after asking questions should not exceed 1 minute, 30-45 seconds is appropriate, and answering questions should not exceed 2.5 minutes. Otherwise, it is easy to time out.
