Due to the large number of people, our little reporters arrived in batches. Entering the competition site, you are greeted by busy staff, complete equipment and exquisite prizes. We sat in the audience, warmly entertained our aunt and brought us fruit. Teacher Wang Daqiang announced the rules of the competition, and then, twenty contestants took the stage to draw lots to decide the order.
Everything is ready, and the host takes the stage to announce the official start of the game. The contestants began to prepare and read aloud on stage in turn. I heard the contestants' speeches, sometimes impassioned, sometimes leisurely and slow, and the cadence showed the superb level of the reciter. After the game, the results were announced. Although the reporters didn't get the ranking, they got a good exercise opportunity.
Then I interviewed an aunt who participated in the competition. She thinks this competition has made her love reading more. I like it since I was a child, so I have been sticking to it until now. She hopes to have more opportunities in the future, to read aloud on the stage, to recite her thoughts and opinions to everyone, and to convey her voice to everyone.
For me, participating in this activity is joy and gain. Not only increased knowledge, but also understood the meaning of love.
