What should I pay attention to if I want to be a teacher?

In the teacher interview, trying to give lectures is different from attending lectures: attending lectures means what you need to prepare for this course, what arrangements you have made for the course links and contents, and emphasizing and paying more attention to the theoretical feasibility of teachers' presupposition of classroom teaching; However, the trial lecture is generally lifeless and can be conducted in the form of simulated classroom teaching. It can be seen that it is very important to attach importance to the operability of specific classroom teaching practice.

Generally speaking, the trial lecture procedure is: drawing lots-preparing lessons-trial lecture-defense.

I will give you some immature opinions and suggestions on my interview experience for reference only:

1. Dress appropriately (just be neat and energetic);

2. When you meet the examiner, you should greet him with general etiquette, and there is no need to be too formal and exaggerated;

3. Calm and confident is very important;

4. The content should be highly summarized, highlighting how to arrange the key and difficult points (just 15-20 minutes, you can tell how to arrange the key and difficult points);

5. It is generally not required to highlight the new curriculum concept and make good use of multimedia teaching, but it should be reflected in improvisation, such as "Please look at the big screen …" At this time, I only know that staring at the interviewer's face like a goose will cause their extreme dissatisfaction and divert their attention appropriately and smoothly;

6. Grasp the time, and finally simply repeat the course content (that is, the main points of blackboard writing should be marked with marks);

7. Ask questions at the end, set situations and questions, and leave room for students to think after class (appropriate guidance and tips can be given in advance).
