Regulations on the safety management of fireworks and firecrackers
Eighteenth fireworks retail operators shall meet the following conditions:

Article 19 An enterprise applying to engage in the wholesale of fireworks and firecrackers shall apply to the safety production supervision and management department of the municipal people's government with districts where it is located, and provide relevant materials that can prove that it meets the conditions stipulated in Article 17 of these regulations. The safety production supervision and management department that accepts the application shall, within 30 days from the date of accepting the application, review the relevant materials and business premises submitted, and issue the "Fireworks and Firecrackers Business (Wholesale) License" to those who meet the requirements; Do not meet the requirements, it shall explain the reasons.
Operators who apply to engage in the retail of fireworks and firecrackers shall apply to the safety production supervision and management department of the local people's government at the county level, and provide relevant materials that can prove that they meet the conditions stipulated in Article 18 of these regulations. The safety production supervision and management department that accepts the application shall, within 20 days from the date of accepting the application, review the relevant materials and business premises submitted, and issue the Fireworks Business (Retail) License to those who meet the requirements; Do not meet the requirements, it shall explain the reasons.
"Fireworks and firecrackers business (retail) license" shall specify the person in charge of the business, the address of the business premises, the operating period, the types of fireworks and firecrackers and the limited storage.
