According to the written test scores from high to low, it is determined among qualified personnel. See the attachment for the list of shortlisted interviewers. Please log in to Shenzhen Personnel Appraisal Registration System to print the interview notice (website: /nptmis/).
Second, the interview time and place
Interview time: June 4th, 2023 (Sunday) afternoon 14:00. The registration time for candidates is 13:30- 13:50 pm.
Interview location: Floor 2, Zhihui Center, Shenzhen Cadre and Talent Health Management Center (City Talent Training Institute) (Address: No.4589 Qinyuan Road, Xili Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen).
Third, the interview method
The interview was conducted in a structured way.
Fourth, matters needing attention
(1) Candidates shall report to the designated place on time with their valid ID cards and interview notices. If the registration time exceeds 10 minutes, it will be deemed as automatic waiver of interview qualification. Please call 400-00 1-0370 for technical questions about printing the interview notice. The consultation time is 9:00- 12:00 on weekdays and 14:30- 17:30 in the afternoon.
(2) Candidates should obey the management of the staff at the interview site, and those who violate the interview regulations will be dealt with severely in accordance with the Regulations on Handling Violations of Discipline in Open Recruitment of Institutions.
Interview process:
(1) draw lots. After inquiring about their interview group through the distribution map of the examination room, all candidates draw lots to determine the interview order with the second-generation ID card and interview notice within the validity period. Candidates interviewed in the afternoon leave the venue and enter at 12: 20. Candidates should remember their interview serial number.
(2) Waiting for exams and interviews. According to the interview sequence number selected by the candidates, the candidates wait for the exam and interview under the guidance of the staff. Locked in the waiting room until the interview is over.
(3) the results are announced. After the interview, the candidates wait at the designated place, and the next candidate will listen to the interview results after the interview.
(4) leave the field. Candidates should leave the closed area immediately after listening to the interview results, and it is forbidden to stay in the test center area.
