6.2.4 According to the complaint materials, the video can be reviewed and investigated when necessary. Convene an arbitration commission to discuss and study. Relevant personnel may be invited to attend the meeting as nonvoting delegates, but other personnel have no voting rights. The arbitration result shall be valid only if more than half of the members agree.

6.2.5 The review video can only be arbitration video, and other videos cannot be used as arbitration basis.
