In Part VII "Competition System" of UEFA European Cup Rule 20 12, Article 8, paragraph 7, has detailed provisions on how to rank when two or more teams draw at the end of the group match:

8.07 If two or more teams have the same points after the group match, the ranking will be determined according to the following rules:

A) The teams ranked first with higher points.

B) There are more goal difference between the participating teams (if two or more teams have the same points).

C) Teams score more points for each other in the competition (if two or more teams score the same).

If the above three rules can't distinguish ranking, teams with the same points will continue to compare:

D) In all group matches, the one with more goal difference ranks first.

E) Those who score more goals in each group match will be ranked first.

F) The team with a higher score coefficient from UEFA ranks first (see Annex I, 1.2.2 for details).

G) Fair competition performance of the team (final stage)

H) draw lots to decide

Group B: The Netherlands needs two goals to win, and Germany may also be eliminated.

At present, Germany scored 6 points in two games, Portugal and Denmark both lost 3 points with 1 and 1, and the Netherlands scored 0 points in two games. Since the final round of the group stage is Germany vs Denmark and the Netherlands vs Portugal, it may be very complicated to qualify for the same stage:

1 Denmark beat Germany and Portugal beat the Netherlands, so Germany, Denmark and Portugal all scored 6 points. The specific comparison depends on the score of World War I between Germany and Denmark.

Denmark won Germany and Portugal couldn't win the Netherlands, so Denmark was the first team and Germany was the second.

Denmark drew with Germany and Portugal drew with the Netherlands, so Denmark and Portugal will score 4 points together, and Portugal will rely on each other's record to qualify for the second place in the group.

Germany beat Denmark and the Netherlands beat Portugal, so Germany won the group with 9 points, while Denmark, Portugal and the Netherlands all scored 3 points. The specific comparison will look at the score of World War I between the Netherlands and Portugal.
