Research on "Experiential" Teaching in New Classroom

In 2020, the school determined the teaching and research orientation of "based on teaching materials, strict with routine, proficient in classroom and practical in teaching and research", and earnestly regarded the learning of teaching materials and collective lesson preparation in new classrooms as the core content of routine teaching and research. Through teaching and research, teachers' ability to interpret textbooks is improved, the effectiveness of collective lesson preparation is enhanced, and the teaching level of teachers in new classrooms is improved.

I had a one-on-one conversation with 46 backward teachers and 16 excellent teachers to understand the practical problems faced by teachers. It is found that young teachers are not sure about the key points and difficulties of teaching materials, lack of experience in student management, and can't grasp the new classroom well; Teachers with good grades have their own good experience. How can we grow together? Only through teaching and research.

But it turns out that teaching and research is a "big paste" and there is a phenomenon of fishing in troubled waters. At the same time, the teacher's teaching and research according to the book has not achieved satisfactory results. We upgraded the original teaching and research model to 5+ 1+N experiential teaching and research.

"5" means drawing lots five minutes before teaching and research to share personal teaching experience or confusion in teaching. For example, mobilizing students' enthusiasm, hierarchical distribution and so on; "1" is a core. In the first week, we will focus on in-depth study of textbooks and accurately grasp the teaching path of the new classroom. "n" refers to the regular content arrangement of teaching and research. Experiential, that is, teachers as students, lecturers as teachers, direct classroom simulation, from "theory on paper" to "role experience". The speaker is decided by lot, avoiding "cramming", and every teacher has to go on stage to experience the lecture. This week's teaching and research, we should experience all the lessons to be taken next week, so that teachers can grasp the teaching materials and grasp the difficulties, especially some young teachers, and the effect is very effective.
