"5" means drawing lots five minutes before teaching and research to share personal teaching experience or confusion in teaching. In the first week, we will focus on in-depth study of textbooks and accurately grasp the teaching path of the new classroom. "n" refers to the regular content arrangement of teaching and research. Experiential, that is, teachers as students, lecturers as teachers, direct classroom simulation, from "theory on paper" to "role experience". The speaker is decided by lot, avoiding "cramming", and every teacher has to go on stage to experience the lecture.
