3) The dough is kneaded, and the pancake is rolled into a scallion cake shape, and some oil is poured to evenly cover the whole pancake. Note: 1) Use warm water; 2) Yeast should be cooked with the same amount of flour; 3) Adding sugar to warm water can make yeast more effective. It is said that yeast needs sugar.
