(4) If the compensated person cannot choose an adequate housing construction area due to the combination of apartments and suites, the insufficient part (no more than 20 square meters per household, no more than 5% of the housing construction area of the household) shall be compensated according to the evaluation price of resettlement houses minus the settlement amount due for property right exchange.
3. Parking berth settlement. On the premise that the parking spaces of resettlement houses meet the configuration, each resettlement house is equipped with an underground parking space, and additional parking spaces can be purchased on the premise that there are extra parking spaces. Parking spaces are settled according to the published price, and the first parking space of each household enjoys a 50% discount, and other parking spaces are settled according to the published price;
4. The choice of apartment type is determined according to the principle of "few sets and close area". Whether the placement of resettlement houses involves specific floors (including parking spaces) and whether the declared Xing Tao combination can be met shall be subject to the house selection by lottery. The registration area of the property right certificate of the resettlement house and the settlement of the purchase price shall be subject to the measured real estate construction area (including the pool area);
5. After the compensation and resettlement agreement comes into effect, the compensation for house decoration, subsidiary compensation, incentive fee for signing the contract on schedule, incentive fee for vacating the house on schedule, etc. Can offset the down payment purchase price.
