New forms of bank interview: scenario simulation, role-playing, instant speech, how to get high marks?

From the perspective of national interviews, the interview forms used in bank recruitment interviews are mainly structured interviews, semi-structured interviews and leaderless group discussion interviews. In addition, new forms such as debate, speech and role-playing are also used in very few areas.

First, structured interviews.

Structured interviews are also called standardized interviews. In accordance with the prescribed procedures, the candidates who apply for the same position are asked consistent questions, and the behavior of the candidates is evaluated according to the predetermined standards. The interview results were scored by standardized statistical methods; Design, examination questions, implementation, evaluation and results are all structured.

The structured interview time is generally 15 minutes, and the candidate's answer time should not be too long or too short, otherwise the answer is not comprehensive enough; After the examinee answers all the questions, the examiner will generally ask the examinee if there are any other supplements, and the examinee can supplement them according to the time and his own answers.

In addition, during the interview, candidates are not allowed to introduce their names, schools and other relevant information to the examiner, and any information involving personal circumstances is not allowed to be leaked to ensure the fairness of the interview, otherwise the interview qualification will be cancelled.

Second, semi-structured interviews.

Semi-structured interview is based on structure, and examiners and other examiners ask further questions about candidates' answers. The number of questions is determined by the total interview time.

There are two forms of semi-structured interview: one is that the interviewer interviews one by one; The other is a multi-person interview, in which several candidates enter the examination room at the same time.

Precautions:

Semi-structured interview pays more attention to understanding some basic information of the applicant, so it needs to be prepared in advance, such as study experience, internship experience, personality characteristics and so on. The first topic of the basic investigation is self-introduction, which requires 3 minutes, 1 minute. Compared with other interview forms, it is relatively simple and can be fully prepared in advance.

In addition, the interviewer will ask some questions at will according to your answers or self-introduction. Students should look at the answers to related questions before the interview, otherwise the answers are easy to make mistakes.

Third, there is no leading group interview.

It means that 5-9 candidates temporarily form a working group, and no one is appointed as the moderator of the discussion, and the candidates are required to get a solution unanimously approved by a group through discussion within a specified time.

Students should pay attention to the following points when participating in the interview without leading group:

1. Participate in the group discussion and speak effectively;

2. Dare to express different opinions;

3. Constantly improve your point of view according to other people's opinions;

4. Know how to stop listening to others' opinions and respect others' right to speak.

The interviewer will also look at the candidate's language expression ability, analytical ability, ability to summarize different opinions, and also look at the initiative of speaking and the sensitivity of reaction.

Fourth, the debate interview

The organization of the debate contest is similar to that of the debate contest, that is, the candidates are divided into pros and cons, and each side states its own views according to certain rules and refutes the other side's views. The difference is that there is no need to judge the outcome.

Matters needing attention in the debate interview:

Debate interview mainly examines everyone's language expression ability, analytical ability, summary ability, and the sensitivity of personal reaction.
