1. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, an intern agreement is required.
2. Generally, the local (prefecture-level city) education authorities shall uniformly formulate relevant model agreements.
3. The agreement is signed by the enterprise, the school and the students (Party A, Party B and Party C respectively).
4. If the local authorities do not have the relevant model agreement, they can take it from other places.
5. The key is to make clear the daily working hours, the method of internship remuneration and the handling of responsibility time.
