First, the mode of competition
In the 8-ball game, the same main ball (white) and the same target ball * * 1 5, the ball with 1 7 is a full-color ball, the ball with 8-8 is a black ball, and the ball with 9-15 is a two-color ball (also called.
According to the rules, both sides of the game determine a ball (full color or suit, without finger bag) as their legal target ball. After hitting all his target balls into the bag according to the rules, the player who hits the No.8 ball into the bag (need to point out the bag clearly) wins the game. If one side knocks the No.8 ball into the bag by mistake, or knocks the No.8 ball off the table in the middle of the game, the other side wins.
Second, the equipment
1. Table: The dimension of the inner edge is 2540mm× 1270mm, and the height from the ground to the top of the storage edge is 800mm-850mm.
2. Club: It must meet the standards recognized by China Billiards Association.
3. Racking: The competition must be provided by the competition.
4. Ball impact point: the point on the center line of the long side of the ball that is 635 mm away from the top silo.
5. Tee-off line: a straight line parallel to the bottom library of the table, 635mm away from the bottom, and intersecting with the left and right libraries.
6. Kick-off area: After the kick-off line, it belongs to the effective kick-off area.
7. Effective competition area: The inner edge of the table (inside the rubber edge) and the bag belong to the effective competition area.
Third, put the ball.
Before the kick-off, the target balls are arranged in a triangle, with 5 rows, each row is 1 to 5. The 1 ball in the first row is placed at the' release point', the eighth ball is located in the middle of the third row, and other target balls are randomly placed in the full-color and colored intervals, but they must be close to each other. Both sides have the right to check whether the placement of the ball conforms to the rules and ask for correction.
Fourth, kick off
1. The right to kick off in the first game is determined by both sides hitting two main balls with the same specifications at the same time after kick-off, and it will stop after hitting the bottom. The side near the top of the ball has the right to tee off. If the hit ball does not touch the bottom or enter the bag, it is a foul and the opponent gets the right to kick off; If both sides are at the same distance from the top edge, and both sides can't be fined or fouled, play again until one side gets the right to kick off.
2. The organizing committee of the competition may take turns to kick off for both sides or winners when determining multiple competitions before the competition.
3. Kick-off can put the main ball at any point after the kick-off line and hit any target ball with the main ball. Any target ball must be bagged or at least four target balls must touch the edge of the table. If the cue ball jumps off the table after kick-off, or the cue ball enters the bag or touches the edge of the table, the number of target balls is less than 4, which is a foul.
Punishment for violating this rule: the opponent may request to swing the ball, and the ball will be re-served by himself or the offending party; Or the opponent's right to hit the ball freely after getting the line.
4. If the No.8 ball goes directly into the bag after tee-off or is not in the effective competition area, the tee-off party will tee off again.
If there is no goal or foul after kick-off, the opponent will continue to hit the ball.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) determines the ball group.
1. After a party legally scores a goal in an open competition, if the category of the goal (full color or suit) is the opponent's legal target ball and the other category is the opponent's legal target ball, the game is over.
2. Kick-off with the ball in the bag, regardless of quantity, color and order. The kickoff party continues to hit the ball and has the right to continue to choose the ball group. After that, the selected group of balls are bagged by ball method, and the ball game is over; If the selected ball group is not in the bag, the game is still open and the opponent can continue to choose the ball group; If a group of balls selected by the player are bagged, but there are also fouls such as the main ball being bagged or the main ball and the target ball being released, the game is still open and the opponent is given the right to hit the ball freely.
3. When the game is open, the batter can indirectly hit the balls of different ball groups into the bag with one set of balls or hit other target balls into the bag with the No.8 ball without foul, but the goal can't close the game (without dividing the ball) and the opponent can hit the ball.
Six, hit the ball
1. Players don't need to specify a bagged ball or pocket for each stroke (except when playing the No.8 ball). If there is no foul in the whole batting process, their target ball will be bagged and they will be granted the right to continue batting: if their target ball is bagged and the opponent's target ball is bagged, the opponent's target ball will not be taken out and they will be granted the right to continue batting; If only the opponent's target ball enters the bag, it is not a foul, and the opponent will hit the ball instead.
2. After either side hits the ball, the cue ball must first touch its own target ball (after all its own target balls are bagged, the No.8 ball is its own target ball).
Seven, sticky ball
1. When the cue ball is attached to the local target ball on the table, the batter needs to move the target ball after hitting the cue ball. There is no limit on the angle of hand, but the hitting action must be obvious. If the cue ball is hit in the opposite direction, the target ball does not move and is not considered to have touched the target ball.
2. When the cue ball is attached to the non-local target ball on the table, the target ball cannot move directly after the batter hits the cue ball.
Eight, jump ball
1. The batter can hit the main ball off the table, skip other target balls and hit his own target ball directly according to technical needs. However, the provisions of rule 6 still apply.
2. When the batter jumps the ball, he can only hit the area above the spherical surface of the main ball 1/2 with the club head, and the club used should not be shorter than 90cm.
Nine, lose the game (players lose the game if the following situations occur. )

4. Three consecutive fouls. (Three consecutive fouls-refers to the foul behavior of one side in the process of hitting the ball three times in a row, regardless of whether the middle opponent hits the ball, scores or fouls. If one side fouls twice in a row, and after it is his turn to hit the ball, there is a legal goal in one stroke, the foul is no longer continuous. )
5. One blow made our last goal and No.8 ball into the bag at the same time or successively.
6. Hit the No.8 ball into the non-designated bag.

3. Missed the target ball.
4. Hit two or more balls at the same time.

7. When hitting the ball, touch any part of the ball except the club head.
8. When hitting the ball, keep your feet off the ground.
9. Push the ball when hitting the ball. When the cue ball hits the target ball, the club head still does not leave the cue ball. )
10. After hitting the target ball, no ball enters the bag and no ball touches the library.

12. Beat the low bar into a jump ball and jump over the target ball or obstacle ball.
13. Hit the target ball or cue ball out of the effective playing area of the table. (The ball knocked out of the effective competition area of the table will not be put into the table except the white ball. After the ball is knocked out of the effective competitive area of the table, it falls into the effective competitive area of the table without any external influence, which is not a foul, but a bag drop is an effective blow. )
14. After one side fouled, the referee didn't give a foul, and the other side touched the cue ball.

Foul penalty: the right to hit the ball freely
1. When one side fouls, the other side can put the cue ball anywhere on the table and start hitting the ball.
2. Behind-the-line free kick means that when the kick-off party fouls, the party who gets the free kick can only place the main ball behind the kick-off line at will and can only hit any target ball between the kick-off line and the top edge.
Remarks: After the target ball is hit into the bag for a short time (within five seconds), it will be effective if it enters the bag without any external influence, otherwise it will be invalid if it falls into the bag, and it needs to be taken out and put back in place for the opponent to hit the ball. Ball game is an important game of fancy billiards in the world at present, and the competition process is unpredictable. Every time a player hits a ball, he must hit the ball with the smallest number on the table. If there are no balls in the bag and there are 9 balls on the table after tee-off, the opponent must start with ball 1, if ball 1 is always in the bag, it should start with ball 2, and so on.
The suspense of the nine-ball game is very strong. The result of the game was the ninth goal to win. The outcome is unknown until the ninth goal is scored. Because the nine-ball game is not more than who scores, even if you score all the goals from/kloc-0 to 8, but the ninth goal is not scored, then the victory of this game belongs to the side that only scored the ninth goal.
In the nine-ball game, if both sides are equal in strength, then the first shot of the tee is very important. If the ball falls into the bag after hitting the ball, you win the chance to continue hitting the ball. In international competitions, it is often seen that the kickoff side serves continuously and clears the table with one shot, without giving the opponent any chance. If the No.9 ball goes straight into the bag after the kick-off, the game is over.
Position of the ball
The balls are arranged in a diamond shape, and the borders are triangular. The ball 1 is in front, the ball 9 is in the middle, and the other balls are free. The center of the ball 1 is above the ball placement point. Nine balls must be closely arranged.
Right kick-off
The right to kick off is obtained through ball games. Each player took a ball and hit the opposite table from behind the service line. After rebounding, the player closest to the bottom edge of the table gets the right to kick off. The winner of each competition has the right to start the next competition.
The following are precautions.
1. The kickoff party must hit the ball 1 first, and at least four colored balls out of the nine balls must touch the edge of the table or there are colored balls in the bag before the kickoff is effective.
2. After the kick-off, the cue ball is bagged or knocked off the table, and the opponent gets a free kick.
3. After the kick-off, if the ball other than the No.9 ball hits the table, the ball leaving the table does not need to be taken back to the table, and the opponent gets a free kick.
4. After the kick-off, if the No.9 ball is knocked off the table, it should be put back. If there is a ball blocking the landing point, the No.9 ball should be placed near the landing point on the vertical line between the landing point and the edge of the table, and the opponent will tee off.
Atrocity
1. The cue ball does not hit the ball with the lowest score on the table.
2. After hitting the ball, no ball enters the bag, and the cue ball and the flower ball do not touch.
3. The flower ball flies out of the table, except for the No.9 ball, which needs to be taken back to the table for rearrangement.
The cue ball flew out of the table.
5. The cue ball falls into the bag.
6. The ball on the table was not completely still when hitting the ball.
7. At the kick-off, the cue ball was placed outside the kick-off line, and after being told by the referee, it was still forced out.
8. Clubs, bodies, clothes, etc. Touch any ball on the table.
9. When hitting the ball, keep your feet off the ground.
Free ball
After one side fouls, the next attacker gets a free kick. When the player kicks off, the cue ball can go anywhere on the table, but it can't touch any flowers.
Indirect target
According to the rules, after the player hits the ball with the lowest score on the table, the ball or cue ball hits other flowers and enters the bag, which is valid. You can hit the ball continuously. If you hit the No.9 ball, you will win the game.
jump ball
The cue ball and the target ball are blocked by other flowers. Players can jump over obstacles and hit the target ball through legal jump ball. The ball must be shot from the upper semicircle of the cue ball, which is a legal jump ball. It is a foul to hit the ball from the bottom of the cue ball and tackle it to achieve the goal of jumping the ball.
pushball
After the kick-off, the potential position of billiards is not ideal, such as after the flower ball enters the bag. Players have a chance to push the ball to another place, and the cue ball doesn't have to touch the shore. Before putting the ball, the referee or opponent must be informed first. If the player fails to score after the kick-off, if the opponent finds that the table tennis potential is not ideal when hitting the ball, the push ball can also be used. After pushing the ball, the opponent has the right not to play, so the player must continue to play by himself.
