According to Article 239 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the application execution period is two years. Where an application is made for suspension or interruption of the limitation of execution, the relevant provisions of the law on suspension or interruption of the limitation of action shall apply.
The period specified in the preceding paragraph shall be counted from the last day of the performance period determined by legal documents; If the legal document stipulates that the performance shall be performed by stages, it shall be counted from the last day of each performance period; If the legal document does not stipulate the time limit for performance, it shall be counted from the date when the legal document takes effect.
Extending the enforcement procedure of information court:
1. Legally effective civil, economic and administrative judgments, rulings, conciliation statements, payment orders, civil decisions, property punishment decisions and criminal judgments and rulings made by the people's courts.
2. An award or conciliation statement made by an arbitration organ that has taken legal effect and can apply to a people's court for compulsory execution according to law.
3. A document made by a notary office that has taken legal effect may apply to the people's court for execution of debt and goods recovery according to law.
4, the administrative organ has made a legally effective punishment decision and decision to apply to the people's court for execution.
5. The people's court recognizes and agrees to assist in the execution of judgments, rulings and enforcement rulings of foreign courts.
6. An award made by the people's court that recognizes and agrees to assist in the enforcement of the award of a foreign arbitration institution.
