Structured interview: it is called standardized interview, that is, before the interview, a series of questions related to the interview, such as content, scoring standards and scoring methods, are systematically structured. Structured interview gives candidates applying for the same position the same topic at the same time, and the whole process has obvious systematic structure from form to content, which is more effective, objective, fair and scientific.
Structured interview is generally composed of multiple test questions, which are used to evaluate different elements. It has the characteristics of structure and standardization, mainly reflected in structured evaluation elements, interview questions and scoring standards.
The interview process includes: signing in, verifying identity, drawing lots, entering the interview, quitting and waiting for the interview results.
