The examiner has been listening to different people answering the same questions all morning, and the routine is likely to arouse the examiner's disgust, especially for the candidates in the lower draw order.
So, how to counter the routine? I took part in the interview training class myself, and I felt quite good. I can give my answer in about 10 days, but it's not enough. In the future practice, we should pay special attention to whether we have entered a mindset.
2. There are bright spots.
For a topic, most people's thinking process may be the same. Of course, the language expression and specific content vary from person to person, and it can also intuitively reflect a person's level. So, how to better show your level? Or how to make your level look better than the actual situation?
My approach is: reference answers can be used for reference, but we must combine our own accumulation to see if we can add some highlights. For different topics, we have our own unique thinking, which can be a relatively fresh example, a relatively in-depth cause analysis, or a solution that others have never heard of. The key is to use it.
For example, the window service in the administrative service hall is a common point of emergency response. One day, when I was listening to the news broadcast by accident, I caught a word: insufficient supply. It means that for some salesmen with incomplete procedures and certificates, if the missing procedures or certificates are not the most important, they only need to show their identity documents and write a letter of guarantee to handle business. This word has become a frequently used countermeasure in my future answers, and most people don't know it.
Also, I used two hot words in the real interview: "outstanding performance" and "potential performance". Say that finish, the examiner smiled. When he read the next question, he said, "The two words you just said are the next one." At that time, I was very happy and thought the interview was appropriate.
3. Find the feeling of chatting with friends.
After practicing enough, I feel that I can answer a lot of things without worrying about the content. At this time, it may have reached the next stage, and more advanced things can be prepared.
To show a relaxed feeling, the process of answering questions is like sharing your views on something with friends. It doesn't matter if you look thoroughly on the one hand and don't think so deeply on the other. The key is sharing and confidence.
Among them, of course, everyone mentioned: fluency, preferably a little cadence and a little emotion. Especially for many social phenomena, if you position yourself as a normal person, you should admire and grieve. It can be reflected by tone, but it will aggravate the feeling of thinking and the effect is still very good.
4. Flexible, can improvise.
In the interview, you may encounter various situations, such as: answering the previous question for too long, or answering halfway and finding that you missed the answer. It doesn't matter. Think quickly, make a good choice and be flexible. This is the time to test your psychological quality. Even if this interview is really ruined because of a small mistake, I believe it is also a very rare life experience.
When I interviewed, I met two special situations. First, the examiner emphasized five questions, 20 minutes, 5 minutes less than the general situation, so I had to compress the content of the answer; Second, there are three questions, and the examiner told me not to think and answer them directly. At that time, I thought, hahaha, fortunately, I usually do problems, and sometimes I can't write a framework without sitting in my seat, so I directly answered a question and left no time for thinking. It seems that it is good to be lazy (now that I think about it, the inner drama at that time was really rich enough! )
