According to the Announcement on Selecting and Transferring Outstanding College Graduates to Work at the Grassroots Level in Shandong Province in 20 18, the relevant matters concerning the qualification examination and voluntary reporting of selecting and transferring outstanding college graduates to work at the grassroots level in Weifang City in 20 18 are hereby notified as follows:
I. Qualification examination
1, time:
(1) Undergraduate position: starting at 8: 30 am on Saturday, April 28th.
(2) Postgraduate position: starting at 2: 00 pm on April 28th (Saturday).
2. Venue: Lecture Hall, 2nd floor, Area C, Teaching Building 3, Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational College (No.88 Shengli East Street, Weifang High-tech Zone, 500 meters east of the intersection of Shengli East Street and Dongfang Road).
3. Bus route: Take the 18 and 68 (originating) bus at the railway station and get off at Xiao Mu Station or Beihai Garden B District Station; Bus terminal take No.35 and No.32 (westbound) and get off at Zhong Bai Building (Department Store) Station, then transfer to No.3 18, No.77, No.0/6 (eastbound) and get off at Xiao Mu Station or Beihai Garden bilibili, cross the road and enter the north campus of Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational College for 80m, then turn right into No.3 teaching building and go to the lecture hall on the second floor.
4. Please submit the following materials during the qualification review:
(1) Original and photocopy of the written test admission ticket.
(2) The original and photocopy of the valid resident ID card. Candidates with expired or lost ID cards must submit the original and photocopy of the temporary resident ID card issued by the public security organ.
(3) Employment recommendation form (non-self-recommendation materials) audited and sealed by the employment department of college graduates. Among them, graduate students also need to provide the original and photocopy of graduation certificate and degree certificate at undergraduate stage.
(4) Candidates with postgraduate qualifications who meet the requirements for entering the examination and have worked as student cadres only during their studies in undergraduate colleges and universities shall be issued by the original undergraduate colleges or department party organizations with the original and photocopy of the certification materials proving their work experience as student cadres.
(5) The stamped "20 18 Registration Form for Selecting and Transferring Outstanding College Graduates to Work at the Grassroots Level in Shandong Province" (printed on A4 paper, the information is true and effective, and the competent department or party organization of college graduates' employment must indicate "candidates from non-independent colleges, Sino-foreign cooperative education projects, online colleges, adult colleges, private colleges and overseas colleges whose academic qualifications are not recognized by the state", and the stamp meets the requirements. Hereinafter referred to as the "registration form"). If the experience of student cadres and the time of joining the party are inconsistent with the records in the registration form, the graduate college or department party organization shall issue proof materials.
(6) I signed the "Shandong Province 20 18 Selection and Delivery of Excellent College Graduates to Work in Grassroots".
(7) Overseas college graduates are required to bring the original and photocopy of the overseas academic degree certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
The originals of materials (5) and (6) and copies of other materials above need 1 copy, please bind them in the above order for future reference, and keep them by the organization department of the municipal party committee after qualification examination.
Qualification examination runs through the whole process of transfer. If unqualified conditions are found at any time and in any link, the transfer qualification will be cancelled at any time.
Second, fill in the volunteers
1, time: April 28th (Saturday), after the qualification review. Undergraduate students start at 10: 00 in the morning, and master students start at 3: 00 in the afternoon.
2. Venue: Lecture Hall, 2nd floor, Area C, Teaching Building 3, Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational College (No.88 Shengli East Street, Weifang High-tech Zone).
3. Participants: candidates who have passed the interview qualification review.
4. Procedure: Candidates who have passed the qualification re-examination shall fill in their volunteers according to the written test scores from high to low, and each position shall be filled in at the ratio of 1:3. Everyone can only fill in one volunteer. After a position is filled, other candidates cannot fill the position. After filling in the volunteer, sign it on the spot for confirmation, and it shall not be changed. Candidates with tied written test scores will draw lots on the spot to determine the order of reporting.
If the number of applicants for the same position fails to reach the transfer plan, the final transfer plan of the position shall be determined according to the actual number of applicants; If the number of applicants for the same position reaches the adjustment plan and does not reach the ratio of 3: 1, the adjustment plan will not be reduced. Because there is the last person with tied written test scores, if the number of volunteers and transfer plans in the city exceeds the ratio of 3: 1, the transfer plan will not be increased, and the number of applicants will be increased in order from less to more.
5. Relevant requirements:
(1) Candidates must arrive at the designated place 30 minutes in advance with their valid resident ID card and the original written test admission ticket, and take their seats in the designated area according to the written test scores from high to low.
(2) After the start of volunteering (based on the time when the 1 th candidate started volunteering), those who failed to arrive on time were ranked as the last volunteers; After the completion of volunteering, those who are still not present are deemed to have given up automatically.
(3) The time for each candidate to volunteer to fill in the report shall not exceed 1 minute; Once the volunteer is filled in, it cannot be changed.
(4) Fill in the volunteer information and publicize it on the spot.

1. If it is impossible to go to the site for qualification review or voluntary reporting due to special circumstances, 1 may be entrusted to go to the site to handle the original and photocopy of the valid resident ID card of the client and the candidate, the original power of attorney (the candidate's ID number shall be indicated, and the candidate's signature and fingerprint shall be followed), and the materials to be submitted for qualification review.
