As a badminton major in the Department of Education, I choose to join the society and exercise myself in order to have a full holiday life, improve my skills in practice, broaden my horizons, increase my knowledge and prepare for entering the society and future work. Guangzhou is a developed city of badminton, and there are good badminton lovers everywhere, so there will be many badminton halls. So I applied for an assistant management job in a badminton court near my home.
Generally, working hours are from 8 am to 9: 30 pm every day. The daily work is to collect the fees of the players and clean the museum. But the main job is to guide students in the arena. The basic salary is 1.5 thousand, and the rest needs to be earned by yourself. In other words, if we can accept more students, we can get more commissions. I didn't get used to it at first, because I needed to take care of the daily affairs of the arena and take care of teaching. Not only playing, but also feeling more tired than practicing. So at the beginning, it was really backache to go home every day, and I wanted to lie down and sleep as soon as I got home. This is not a big problem until I get used to it. Because I stayed in the arena for a long time, I also accepted several students, and the venue coach gave me a part as a commission. The students are all primary school students, and they are noisy. I am a gentle person, so when I first touch something, I often lose control of it, and then I run around or don't concentrate on practicing. I found that I really didn't have enough teacher dignity at that time. So at that time, I decided that I needed to change, have the aura that teachers should have, and control students. The effect is obvious, the students are very focused, afraid to run around, and they are also very concerned about my every action demonstration in class. But I found another problem. They seem to be a little afraid of me again. This is not a good phenomenon either. I feel uncomfortable with students, and the relationship between teachers and students is very strange. Later, during the break, or after class, I will play with them, joke with them and talk about what they usually watch and play. Gradually, the way they look at me is even different. I feel more like a parent than a teacher. I think it's good to have such a change, at least I understand how to get along with students. In class, I have used the knowledge of gymnastics class I learned in college, and I can fluently say the basic formation change password without thinking too much. Understand that studying hard in class will come in handy. In badminton teaching, because I worked as a coach outside at school and had some experience, I was quite handy. I can handle the demonstration, explanation, correction and problems that students want. Experience is really important. Once a student sprained his ankle, and the students panicked. I immediately told everyone not to move, so I immediately went to the front desk to get a bag of ice, a small bucket and a mixture of ice and water for him to soak. Although he was very uncomfortable with the ice, his feet didn't swell up after being frozen. Later, he applied medicine for a few days and then came to continue his class. I have sprained my ankle several times before, so I feel like a doctor after a long illness. It feels good not to help your students.
Forty days' working time, in fact, is not very long, so it passed quickly. I also successfully completed the work and got the salary and commission. The students also reluctantly bid farewell to me, hoping that I can continue to teach them during the winter vacation. This is really a good feeling and has been recognized by the students. It is really the greatest achievement as a teacher. After this internship, I learned a lot of practical knowledge beyond theory that I couldn't learn on campus. 1. Through this practice, I also tested my various situations from another side, and cultivated my ability to find problems, analyze problems, solve problems and communicate with people. In particular, great progress has been made in actively solving problems and communicating with students. Through this practice, my summer vacation life has become happy and colorful. I also met many children, parents and many students and friends. This summer vacation, we walked together. The most important thing is not only to get the students' care and love. Won the trust and help of students' parents. Also, I have exercised my adaptability through teaching. For unexpected situations in class, you can gradually become calm from the initial panic. Students' dynamics can be noticed at any time in class. There are some methods and measures from controlling students' emotions to helping students improve their interest in learning. By getting along with children, I learned a lot that we lacked. Such as purity, such as innocence, such as courage, such as strength, such as optimism. Through a month of getting along with children, I gradually learned how to control my emotions, try not to let my emotions affect the children in the classroom, and try to keep my abnormal emotions away from the classroom. At the same time, I also found some shortcomings, especially my own professional knowledge and professional needs, which also makes me still need to make up and improve in my future study. This has also triggered a series of thoughts.
1, college students have some characteristics, or shortcomings: lofty but low. At first, I always felt as if I knew everything, but when I really took up my post, I found myself so fragile and vulnerable. After more than a month of practice, I deeply realized that it is really important to do it yourself.
2. Disconnection between theory and practice. As a student of education department, I have learned a lot of theoretical methods to stimulate students' interest in learning and create a good learning environment and classroom atmosphere. However, it is rarely used in teaching, and most practical experiences are put forward and summarized theoretically. Facing different groups, it is neither feasible nor realistic to rely solely on theory. Through this practice, I gradually mastered some methods to combine the theory and practice I have learned in teaching, to serve the classroom and to hold up a blue sky for the children!
3. How to stimulate and maintain children's interest, enthusiasm and initiative in learning? I tried some methods to arouse their interest. In view of children's nature, I adopted games, activities and other entertainment methods to guide them in the initial stage and stimulate their interest in learning. Considering that children rarely have opportunities to show themselves at school, and they are eager to show their psychology, I have taken the lead one by one, so that every child has the opportunity to show himself. In the classroom, the relationship between teachers and students makes me pay attention to the children's dynamics at any time; After class, my friends let me mingle with the children. The children and I are really happy to have fun.
4, a comprehensive grasp of students, a comprehensive grasp of student dynamics. At first, because I didn't understand the students' situation, the atmosphere in class was always not active enough and too rigid. After getting to know it, it is no longer monotonous. There are demonstrations, entertainment, lectures by teachers, questions from students, interaction between teachers and students, and exchanges between classmates, and the court has gradually become rich and colorful. As an educator, we should start from children's needs, fully understand their nature, and really do everything for children.
This social practice has benefited me a lot. I have learned a lot, from which I understand a basic truth: sincerity, patience, concentration, motivation, and my solid professional knowledge are essential things for a good teacher. Through this holiday's teaching life, I have practiced my work as a teacher, and exercised my expression ability, communication ability and professional skills. These gains will affect my future study and life, and have a positive impact on my future work. I believe that these gains in practice can't be learned in class and will benefit me for life.

At the moment when we became college students, our study and life style changed greatly. We are no longer immersed in boring classrooms all day. In addition to learning relevant professional knowledge, you need to master many skills. The so-called modern requirements for college students are "one specialty and many abilities", and they should cultivate a variety of hobbies at the same time. In order to enrich our college life, create an atmosphere of mutual assistance, mutual love, positive pleasure and strong learning ability, adhere to the school motto of Wanfang Institute of Science and Technology and the school spirit of "being honest and diligent" and reflect the characteristics of students of Wanfang Institute of Science and Technology, Yuxiang Sky Society specially held the second badminton open of Wanfang Institute of Science and Technology.
Campus Badminton Open is sponsored by Wanfang College of Science and Technology of Henan Polytechnic University, a student club? Hosted by Yuxiang Sky Badminton Club. As community cadres, we organized and planned this competition. Competition by the organizations to the Youth League Committee, the Federation of associations to apply, submit a plan, approved by the Youth League Committee, the Federation of associations teachers after the implementation of the audit. In order to make the badminton open a complete success, in the early stage, as cadres of mass organizations, we spent a lot of time and energy, such as buying promotional materials, borrowing exhibition boards, making promotional posters and so on. After everything is ready, the club will set up a registration point at the entrance of the college restaurant on April 20 1 13 and April 20 14, and all students in the college can register. After two days of registration, nearly 200 students signed up for the badminton competition. This competition is divided into men's singles and women's singles. All participants arrive at the venue 15 minutes in advance, and draw lots at random to prepare for the battle; As staff, we need to arrive at the venue 30 minutes in advance, arrange the venue and check whether the equipment is in good condition. The competition is divided into three parts: preliminary, semi-final and final. Each game adopts three games and two wins. Men's singles scored nine points for playing nine balls, and women's singles scored seven points for playing seven balls. Whoever wins the first two games doesn't have to play the third game. There is a competition between the winners, and the rules remain unchanged until the top six are compared with the final. In the first game, the two sides competed for the right to serve, and exchanged serves every two balls until the end of the game. The winner of the first game has the right to serve the second game. The first sentence is the same as the third game, with a 2-minute break in the middle of each game. The first game ended the venue exchange, and the winner of the third game chose the venue, and the other side was another venue; If the server doesn't touch the racket when serving, he will have a second chance to serve. If he still doesn't touch the racket the second time, he is considered to have missed the opponent's score. When he hits the ball out of bounds, the opponent scores, and when he hits the net, he gives the opponent extra points. The referee is the cadre of all departments of the club, who is responsible for grading the game and announcing the rules of the game.
The preliminaries of the 2nd Wanfang Badminton Open were held at the end of April 201/kloc-0. After several days of competition, the club selected more than 40 students from nearly 200 contestants to participate in the badminton rematch. The list of participating in the semi-finals is printed by the community and posted downstairs in each dormitory. In order to ensure that the notice is in place, every student who enters the semi-finals is notified by SMS. For the semi-finals and finals, the societies shall apply to the Youth League Committee and the Federation of Societies, and after approval, the competitions will be held at morning exercises every day. After several days of competition, six boys and six girls entered the final. The last six students played in the finals, from which one or two men and women singles players were produced. On May 20th1112nd, an award ceremony was held for the top three contestants and a group photo was taken as a souvenir.
With the support of the Youth League Committee and the Federation of Associations, and the active efforts of the cadres of Yuxiang Sky Association, the badminton open was a complete success. Through this activity, we learned a vivid lesson, made us realize the hardships as leaders and organizers, exercised our leadership and organizational skills, and benefited a lot from it. The holding of this competition has also enhanced the exchanges and cooperation among cadres within the association and laid the foundation for the development of the association.

When I first entered school last year, I played badminton in physical education class out of interest. Because high school often plays badminton after school, I feel quite familiar with this sport. After in-depth study, I found that badminton is not as simple as I thought. I consider myself a person who likes sports, and I prefer ball games. I didn't know my movements were so incorrect until I chose badminton this semester. After this year's study, I got rid of many wrong movements, exercised my body and enriched my after-school life. I think badminton is the right choice. When I went to college, I took badminton classes. Actually, this is my first official contact with badminton. A simple entertainment suddenly became a little serious.
Since it is an elective course, it is not for entertainment or exercise as usual. Some basic actions seem simple, but it is not easy to achieve standards.
1, grip: forehand grip emphasizes that the tiger's mouth must be aimed at the edge of the racket, with five fingers relaxed and wrist free.
2. Swing: How to swing is the key for beginners. Mainly to experience wrist strength. At the moment of hitting the ball, the racket face is perpendicular to the ball. Wrist relaxed, chest open.
This school year, I mainly study forehand serve and backhand serve in front of the net, which is also the content of the final exam. Forehand golf:
Body shape Put the left shoulder in front of the net, transplant the right foot with the center of gravity, and swing the right arm to the rear to complete the racquet. After filming, the center of gravity of the left foot transplant moved from the side to the front, the heel of the right foot was lifted, the upper body leaned forward slightly, the right forearm was placed sideways from the side to the front, and the left hand began to release the ball. At this time, the wrist moves as much as possible and makes the last stroke. After the right forearm completes the lateral swing, it will move upward. At this time, the forearm rotates inward, making the wrist move from extension to slight bending. At the moment of hitting the ball, the fingers hold the racket tightly to complete the bowl-brushing action, and the racket hits the racket face and hits the spherical surface.
Backhand serve in front of the net:
Feet are shoulder width apart, right foot is in front, toes are facing the net, left foot is behind, toe side is behind, and the center of gravity is on the right foot. In order to improve the hitting point, the right foot can lift the heel appropriately; The left thumb, forefinger and middle finger hold the ball in the feather shape, the ball head naturally leans in front of the backhand, the right backhand grip naturally bends to the front of the body, the racket head is down, and the eyes look straight ahead, showing the preparation posture before serving. When the left hand releases the ball, the forearm of the right hand rotates inward with the elbow as the axis, driving the wrist to swing in a semi-arc shape from back to front, ready to hit the ball. When hitting the ball, try to raise the hitting point as high as possible within the scope permitted by the rules. The wrist exerts force and stress from abduction to inward, and the strength is controlled by the wrist and fingers. The batting support gently pushes forward with the oblique racket face, so that the ball flies over the net as far as possible and falls into the opponent's front service line. End the power with a braking action, quickly adjust the grip posture and relax the grip for the forehand.
In addition to the technical essentials, I also summarized some experiences:
1. Be open-minded and studious. Take the initiative to learn from high-level people, and don't be afraid of being rejected. Only by learning one action at a time can the technical level grow rapidly. Usually, as long as a high-level person doesn't spend a lot of time and someone humbly asks him for advice, someone will give him advice.
2. Think hard and practice hard. Learning skills can't be practiced. You should be good at observing and summarizing, thinking carefully and trying to figure out, so as to understand the essence of action and avoid the specious stereotype of wrong action.
3. Learn to appreciate. When you are not playing, watch other people's games carefully, ponder over their strengths carefully, increase your knowledge, discard their dross, take their essence, learn the essence of other people's skills in your own practice afterwards, deliberately try, gradually understand, and finally turn them into your own use.
4. Willing to teach. In fact, many technical movements are unconsciously formed, and many people have different understandings of it. When teaching others to practice, you can review the past and learn new things, carefully understand the details of technical movements, and dig out ideas you don't care about through other people's questions, so as to better understand the greater connotation of technical movements and make your movements more perfect.
In short, this year's study and training has benefited me a lot. Badminton is an event that pays equal attention to endurance, speed and strength. Everyone's situation is different, so we should find our own physical and technical defects and practice in a targeted way. Improvement is a slow and gradual process.
