Beijing principals and teachers exchange rotation rules released. What is this rule?

The so-called exchange rotation rule actually refers to those principals who have been working in the same school for more than 5 years and have to exchange rotation. In addition, it is also stipulated that teachers who have worked temporarily in the same school for more than 6 years should also implement the rotation system.

I think the introduction of this regulation is actually very good, because if it is really implemented in this way, then the domestic education will be more balanced in the future. In fact, many parents used to think about sending their children to some famous schools because these famous schools have better educational resources. For example, many excellent teachers are in these prestigious schools. Therefore, these parents will not let their children enter these schools at all costs, and even spend sky-high prices to buy so-called meals.

If the rotation rule of teacher exchange is implemented now, it means that excellent teachers or principals in the future will not work in a certain school for life, but will implement the rotation system. In other words, these excellent teachers will teach in many schools, so that the educational resources of each school will be more balanced. From this perspective, the introduction of these policies by the government is actually of great benefit. At present, the main forms of communication are the exchange and rotation between the principal and some key teachers in a certain area.

A spokesman for the Beijing Municipal Education Commission said that to do a good job in exchange rotation, we must first fully consider the actual situation and implement these systems in every school and every teacher. Secondly, we should strengthen the guarantee and improve the service quality of the school. The third point is to include supervision and evaluation, that is to say, this so-called rotation system should be included in the evaluation scope of work supervision.
