Second, the interviewer
After the qualification review, the number of interviewers 193 (see annex for details). The interview notice is scheduled to be issued on February 25th 14:30- 16:00, and the interviewer must bring the original ID card to Room 403 of the Municipal Education Bureau to collect it.
Third, the interview method
The interview mainly examines the candidates' basic education and teaching quality, professional knowledge, teaching ability, appearance and oral expression ability, focusing on the practical ability of education and teaching. The interview is conducted in two ways: trial lecture and question-and-answer session. The topics of trial lecture and question-and-answer session are randomly selected by the candidates in the lottery of the 1 period of this subject. Interview preparation and trial lecture are each 10 minutes, and the question and answer time is controlled at 2 minutes. Textbooks, pens and paper required for preparing lessons are provided in a unified way.
The interview of music teachers and kindergarten teachers focuses on the language expression ability and artistic accomplishment of the candidates, and also needs to show their talents. Music teachers can choose one of music (vocal or instrumental) and dance to show their talents; Kindergarten teachers can choose one of music (vocal music or instrumental music), dance and art to show their talents. Talent show can be given first and then displayed, or it can be demonstrated while explaining. The overall interview time is consistent with other disciplines. Piano (other instrumental music can be provided) and audio equipment are provided at the interview site. Mobile phones are not allowed on site, but you can bring a USB flash drive to store accompaniment music. Physical education teachers also inspect professional skills and provide basketball, football and volleyball on the spot.
Fourth, the interview results are determined
The interview score adopts the percentage system, and the calculation method of the score is as follows: all examiners' scores are deducted from one score and the lowest score, and the average score is calculated by adding the scores evaluated by other examiners, which is the interview score of the candidate (the score is not integer, rounded to two decimal places). The interview results will be announced on the spot and signed by the candidates.
According to "Pingliang Municipal Schools 202 1 Announcement on Open Recruitment of Shortage Professionals", if the interview ratio is less than 3: 1, the Municipal Education Bureau will draw an interview qualified line, with the qualified line of 80 points. Those who fail to reach the qualification line will be disqualified. After the interview evaluation, the candidates to be recruited are determined according to the order of interview results from high to low. When the last performance of the recruitment position is tied, the candidate to be recruited will be determined through the extra test.

1. Interviewers should arrive at the school gate at 8:00 a.m. on the same day with valid identity documents and the Notice of Interview to start security check, and complete relevant preparations before 8:30.
2. Provide lunch box lunch or instant noodles at your own expense (mobile phones are not allowed in the test center, please bring your own petty cash if necessary).
3. Please wear a mask in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, show your health code and travel code during qualification examination, and take your temperature. People whose travel cards are "red team" or "code yellow" will not participate in the interview.
