(six) to supervise, inspect, guide and serve the business activities of operators in accordance with these measures, protect legitimate business operations and ban illegal business operations;
(seven) to cooperate with the public security department to do a good job in public security and traffic management of small buses.
Urban construction, public security, industry and commerce, transportation, prices and other departments should closely cooperate with the implementation of these measures. Article 5 The staff of the management department shall abide by and implement the national laws and regulations in an exemplary manner, earnestly perform their duties and handle affairs impartially. When performing official duties, at least two people must wear uniform clothes and signs, show their certificates, and fill out the notice of violation punishment when dealing with violations. (3) With the Hong Xiao Automobile Operation Approval Form, go through the formalities of industrial and commercial registration, tax registration, driving license, insurance, etc. in the departments of industry and commerce, taxation, public security and insurance respectively;
(four) the employment of drivers must be approved by the labor and public security departments, and the employment contract and notarization;
(5) With the above approval certificate, go to the passenger transport management department to obtain the Fushun Hong Xiao Automobile Transport Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the Transport Certificate), handle the bills and service marks, and pay the operating deposit and related expenses. Article 7 It is strictly forbidden to transfer, lease, buy, sell, alter or forge the vouchers and bills held by business operators. Article 8 The allocation of operating lines shall be decided by public lottery by the notary department, and the passenger transport management department shall arrange a line change once a year. Article 9 * * * Small passenger cars shall operate according to a fixed route, a fixed location, a fixed number of vehicles and a fixed time for the first and last cars, and shall not be changed at will without approval. Tenth operators and employees must strictly abide by national laws and regulations, consciously accept the supervision and inspection of the management department, strictly implement the financial system, pay the relevant fees according to the regulations, and report the business statements on schedule. Eleventh operators should follow the principle of safety first and civilized service, and do the following:
(a) the formation of highway team, set up the corresponding management personnel;
(two) set up a team leader and dispatcher, responsible for safety and operation management, establish and improve the safety responsibility system and safety precautions;
(3) training employees in law-abiding, professional ethics and business, improving their professional quality and strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization;
(four) to obey the unified dispatch and complete special tasks such as emergency rescue and disaster relief. Twelfth individual transport workers association shall, in conjunction with the passenger transport management department, organize and manage the operators and their employees. Thirteenth small passenger cars involved in the operation, in addition to the provisions of the public security traffic management department on motor vehicle management, must also meet the following requirements:
(1) The words "minibus" are marked on the front and back of the vehicle, the line number and the name of the departure station are marked on the right side of the front of the vehicle, the business unit, nature, vehicle number and passenger complaint telephone number of minibus are marked on both sides of the driver's door, and a unified "minibus" logo light is installed on the roof;
(two) keep the vehicle in good technical condition, and implement the compulsory maintenance system according to the mileage;
(three) the vehicle should have thirteen to nineteen seats and six tires, the auxiliary equipment in the car is in good condition, and the fare table and passenger information are arranged in obvious places in the car to keep the car clean and tidy;
(four) according to the rated capacity of the vehicle, it is strictly prohibited to overload operation. Fourteenth drivers should abide by the following provisions in operation:
(1) Carrying various business and driving certificates;
(2) Wear a service badge with my photo, work unit and uniform number printed on it;
(three) according to the approval line operation, in the public security traffic management department to allow parking sections to implement beckoning parking.
