(3) Foreign high-end talents (Class A)

Talents who meet the needs of China's economic and social development and meet the standards of foreign high-end talents. Foreign high-end talents are not limited by age, education and work experience.
(4) Foreign professionals (Class B)
Foreign professionals refer to those who meet the requirements of the guidance catalogue and posts for foreigners coming to China and are in urgent need of economic and social development. Bachelor degree or above and 2 years or above relevant working experience, no more than 60 years old. For those who are really in need, meet the requirements of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, professional skilled talents and outstanding foreign graduates, meet the standards for statistical foreign professionals, and implement intergovernmental agreements or agreements, the restrictions on age, education or work experience may be appropriately relaxed. Where the state has provisions on professionals and government project personnel, such provisions shall prevail.
(5) Other foreigners (Class C)
Other foreigners refer to other foreigners who meet the needs of the domestic labor market and meet the requirements of national policies.
