(2) Draw lots by examiners
Interviewers are strictly selected to ensure fairness and justice. Before the exam, the method of difference selection and lottery decision shall be implemented, and the number of examiners shall be determined according to the ratio of demand 1: 1.2, and the group shall be divided by lottery on the spot. The examiner didn't know which interview group he was in until the on-site lottery. Candidates also draw lots on the spot, and the examiner will show their scores on the spot after answering the questions, so as to avoid candidates from getting familiar with the examiner in advance to the maximum extent.
(3) Examiner withdrawal system
All localities carry out strict qualification examination for interview examiners and interview examination room staff. According to the relevant provisions of the Civil Service Law, if there is avoidance relationship between the interviewer, the staff of the interview room and the candidates, or if they need to be avoided for other reasons, they must be avoided and may not undertake the interview task.
(4) Interview examiners communicate in different places
The civil servant interview examiner will adopt the way of communication in different places, and the examiners from different cities will cross-interview to ensure that there are foreign examiners in each examination room. At most one of the seven examiners in the same examination room is invited by the interview unit, and the rest are randomly selected; All examiners and interview staff must arrive at the test center in advance and close their books. They will be assigned to different test rooms through on-site lottery, and all communication tools will be closed before the test.
At the same time, the interviewer should also accept "invigilation". If the examiner is found to be "tainted" in the interview of civil servants, he will be "rejected by one vote" and his qualification to continue as an examiner will be cancelled.
