(1) Draw lots to allocate enrollment places.
1. Students voluntarily pursue further studies.
From May 26th to June 1, each primary school organized graduates and parents to fill in the form voluntarily, and each student can only fill in one school in the district. Students who give up their volunteers shall not be admitted to secondary schools in the district, and special circumstances shall be arranged by the district education Committee.
Registered graduates who have completed their primary school studies outside the district and really need to go back to Yuzhong District for further study will be voluntarily reported by their legal guardians to the Primary Education Section of the District Education Commission from May 1 1 to May 22. Before May 25th, the District Education Committee will volunteer to feedback to the enrollment primary school where the household registration is located, and participate in the lottery distribution with the school. Those who fail to fill in their volunteers within the time limit shall be arranged by the District Education Commission to attend a secondary school with a degree.
After the completion of volunteering, no student or parent may change his/her volunteering. Each primary school will classify all students' voluntary information (including those who give up volunteering) and compile statistical data in duplicate, one for the school to keep for future reference and the other for the primary education department.
2. Yaohao allocation allocation indicators
According to the total number of students who fill in the enrollment volunteers, the enrollment plan of junior high schools in the whole region and the enrollment plans of all middle schools, the number of pre-indicators for lottery distribution in all middle schools is relatively balanced.
3. Draw lots to allocate places.
The distribution of the lottery is organized by the District Education Committee and implemented by each primary school. Invite notary organs, district party representatives, district people's congress representatives, district CPPCC members and news media to participate in supervision. The distribution result of the lottery is notarized by the notary office on the spot, and the whole implementation process is videotaped.
Secondary schools with less than or equal to the number of applicants are directly admitted by the school, and student information is entered into the new student registration system. Other middle schools in the district are not allowed to enroll students, and the insufficient indicators are supplemented by "direct counterpart".
For secondary schools with more applicants than the quota, students are determined to enter secondary schools by lottery, and secondary schools that implement lottery allocation will no longer accept "direct students". Students who fill in their volunteers must participate in the lottery distribution. Students who give up the lottery or fail to participate in the lottery distribution for other reasons can only be admitted to the "counterpart direct" middle school, and may not be admitted to other middle schools in the region.
On the day of drawing lots for allocation of places (the specific drawing schedule of each primary school will be notified separately), all primary schools will count the number of students who actually participate in the drawing lots for allocation of places in middle schools within the specified time (those who fail to arrive on time will be deemed as giving up the drawing lots), and the number of students who voluntarily fill in the middle schools and actually participate in the drawing lots for allocation of places in other places will be immediately reported to the District Education Commission and announced. According to the number of people who actually participated in the lottery allocation of voluntary middle schools on the day of primary school, the District Education Committee allocated the final allocation index of voluntary middle schools in an integer proportion. According to the number of final allocation indicators voluntarily reported by the school, the school organizes and implements the allocation of lottery numbers. Students who volunteer to fill in the middle school are determined by drawing lots, and the Notice of Drawing Lots for Graduation from Primary School to Junior High School in Yuzhong District will be issued immediately, which will be summarized and reported to the District Education Commission. After summing up the situation, the District Education Committee, as a mandatory enrollment plan, will voluntarily fill in the middle schools, and organize the students' relevant information to be entered into the new student registration system for direct admission, and no other middle schools in the district will be admitted. Students who fail to determine the number of places to apply for middle school voluntarily by lottery should also issue the Notice of Lottery Places for Primary School Graduation to Junior High School Graduation in Yuzhong District, which will be summarized and reported to the District Education Commission. Students who give up the allocation of lottery or fail to participate in the allocation of lottery shall be reported to the District Education Commission by all primary schools.
After the lottery, students must be before June 2 1. Take the notice of allocation to the secondary school for on-site review and confirmation. Fails to confirm, as a waiver.
(2) Direct counterpart enrollment
Before June 25th, for the students who gave up their volunteers, gave up the lottery or failed to participate in the lottery, and the students whose allocation of lottery failed to determine their willingness to fill in the middle school, the District Education Commission will make overall arrangements for the middle schools directly under the counterpart in accordance with the principle of "relative proximity, quantity matching, proofreading and relative stability" (further notice), and the counterpart middle schools will be admitted according to the regulations.
All secondary schools must issue admission notices to students before July 30.
(3) Enrolment of non-registered students
1.7 Before June 7th, eligible children of non-registered residents will register in the designated receiving middle school, and the school will review relevant certification materials and improve relevant procedures.
2.6 Before May 5438+05, designated receiving middle schools should enroll eligible children of non-registered population in the prescribed order according to the policy of "two specialties and two inclusion" and input the basic information of students into the online freshman registration system.
