Applicants registered as waiting objects shall arrange public rental housing during the waiting period. The housing security department of the municipality directly under the Central Government and the people's governments at the city and county levels shall, according to the local economic development level and the demand for public rental housing, reasonably determine the waiting period for public rental housing, and report it to the people's government at the same level for approval before implementation, and announce it to the public. The waiting period generally does not exceed 5 years. After the public rental housing is determined, the competent department of housing security of the people's government at the city or county level shall formulate the distribution plan and announce it to the public. The rent allocation scheme shall include the location, quantity, apartment type, area, rent standard, scope of supply object, time limit for intention registration, etc. The supply scope of public rental housing invested by enterprises and institutions can be defined as employees of their own units. After the distribution scheme is announced, the waiting objects can register their intentions with the housing security department of the people's government at the city or county level according to the distribution scheme. The competent department of housing security of the people's government at the city or county level shall, jointly with relevant departments, review the waiting object of intention registration within 15 working days. Do not meet the conditions, it shall notify in writing and explain the reasons. For the waiting objects that have passed the examination, the housing security department of the people's government at the city or county level can determine the distribution objects and distribution order by means of comprehensive evaluation and random drawing.
The process and results of comprehensive scoring, lottery, scoring and lottery shall be made public. After the distribution object and distribution order are determined, they shall be publicized. If there is no objection to the publicity or the objection is untenable, the renting object will choose public rental housing according to the sorting of renting. The results of rent distribution shall be made public.
