1. Structured interview: It refers to an interview method in which questions are asked one by one according to a pre-established interview outline, and the interviewer's answers and comments are recorded in a standard format.
2. leaderless group discussion: use scenario simulation to interview candidates collectively. By giving a group of candidates a job-related question, let them discuss it for a certain period of time to test their abilities and qualities in all aspects, so as to make a comprehensive evaluation of the candidates.
The process of civil servant interview:
1, registration and lottery, candidates generally need to arrive at the designated place 10-30 minutes in advance to check their ID cards and interview notices. Then they will draw lots to decide their grouping and entry order.
2. Entry and introduction: After entering the interview room, the examiner will briefly introduce the tasks that the candidates will perform.
3. Structured interview or leaderless group discussion: these are two forms of civil servant interview. Candidates either answer the questions in the textbook or answer the questions of the examiner.
4. Interview completed: After answering all the questions, the examiner will ask the candidates if they have any supplementary opinions. Then, candidates will be guided to the waiting room to wait for the results to be announced.
