How to arrange the four-person weekly duty table?

In the first week, pick out one person who is not on duty this week, and then each of the remaining three people will be on duty for one day, that is, Monday to Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday.

In the second week, one of the three people on duty last week was off duty, and then the remaining two people and those who were off duty last week were on duty this week.

And so on in the future.

The advantage of this method is that one in four people can take a week off work ~
