All tourists must hold a green "application code" and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours before entering Shanghai Disney Resort (counting from the sampling time). According to the relevant requirements, all tourists must show negative proof of nucleic acid test within 72 hours. Visitors who only hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid sampling within 24 hours and have no negative certificate of nucleic acid testing within 72 hours will not be allowed to enter the resort.
* We strongly recommend that tourists register and apply for an "application code" before arriving at the resort to ensure that they can enter the resort smoothly. Visitors who don't have smart phones (including the elderly and children) can apply for a "relative application code" on these platforms through their relatives. In addition, tourists who meet the application conditions can also apply for the offline paper version of the Application Code online through the "One Netcom Office" platform. Visitors who use the offline "with application code" must show their original valid identity documents at the same time, and the cast members can scan the offline "with application code" and check the valid nucleic acid test certificate before entering;
When all tourists enter the Shanghai Disneyland Resort, they must also scan the "venue code" and show the green code to the cast members on site, or show the "application code" to be scanned and verified by the cast members. Visitors may need to scan the "location code" of the relevant areas (including but not limited to merchants, restaurants, etc.) when entering different areas of the resort. ) again;
All visitors to Shanghai Disneyland Hotel are required to show the green "Traffic Big Data Travel Card (Travel Card)" and fill in the travel information registration form when checking in at the front desk or magic kingdom VIP Gallery. If tourists fail to complete the "location code" scan, show the green "application code" and negative proof of nucleic acid test within 72 hours, show the green "travel card" or come from or pass through the high-risk area of COVID-19 in China, they may not be able to stay at Shanghai Disneyland Hotel. According to the requirements of the relevant government, tourists who have symptoms such as fever or cough, expectoration, runny nose, sore throat, chest pain and chest tightness during their stay will be required to go to the fever clinic of the hospital;
All passengers entering Shanghai Disney Resort are still required to undergo a temperature test upon arrival;
All tourists must wear masks during their stay in Shanghai Disney Resort, whether indoors or outdoors (except for meals only);
All tourists must strictly abide by the requirements of social distance and keep a safe distance of one meter when queuing or eating;
Encourage all tourists to maintain good personal hygiene;
All cast members, Disney Town tenant employees and third-party suppliers will regularly conduct nucleic acid testing, antigen testing, body temperature testing and recording according to the guidance of the industry authorities;
The resort will continue to strengthen sanitary disinfection measures and increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection.
