According to the Civil Service Law 20 1 1, the annual interview examination for hiring civil servants (staff) will be held from July 8 to 1 1. The interview time in the whole province starts at 8: 00 am and starts at 13: 30 pm.

On June 16, the relevant personnel of the Civil Service Management Office of the Organization Department of Shenyang Municipal Committee said that this year, all cities in the province will continue to implement the examination system for interviewers in different places. For the first time, the examiners in each city are composed of examiners from the other two cities, and the arrangement of the examiners' examinations in different places is determined by the provincial civil service authorities. At the same time, the provincial civil service authorities authorized the municipal civil service authorities for the first time to organize interviews with the people's police of public security organs.

Since 2008, the recruitment interview of civil servants in Liaoning Province has started to implement unified time, unified examination questions and unified procedures throughout the province, and actively implemented such institutional measures as "off-site examination", "anonymous interview for candidates" and "double lottery for examiners", which has been widely recognized by the society. For example, Shenyang and Dalian exchanged examiners last year. However, there will be new moves in this year's off-site exam.

Relevant personnel of the Organization Department of Shenyang Municipal Committee introduced that before the examination, the competent department of civil servants in the province will uniformly determine the areas where the examiners are sent from each city. Examiners in each city are composed of examiners from two other cities, and each city should send examiners to the other two cities respectively. Examiners don't switch between cities, but are random in different places.

This year, when implementing the examiner's off-site examination, cities will no longer set up examiners from local recruitment departments in each examiner group, and implement all examiners' off-site examinations. At the same time, in order to adjust and enrich the sources of examiners and do a good job in the selection of examiners, cities should not only select examiners who have been trained by provincial civil service departments, but also select some leaders and experts with interview experience from other departments and units as examiners.

Candidates and examiners implement "double lottery"

Candidates all know that there are seven examiners in an interview examination room. How are these seven examiners formed? Relevant personnel of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee said that the examiners' group in our city adopted the method of "computer random lottery grouping", that is, all examiners and invigilators were organized to be present before the exam, and seven examiners were randomly selected by the computer to form an examiner group, and the procedures were strictly organized. After the establishment of the examiner group, strict closed management will be implemented immediately, and the examiner's examination performance in the interview room will also be monitored by video.

Candidates implement "anonymous interview", that is, candidates take the serial number before the exam, and candidates hide their names and take part in the interview with the serial number card. Candidates are not allowed to disclose personal information such as name and admission ticket number. Check and verify before the interview, sign and confirm after the interview to prevent the serial number and name from being wrong. In addition, efforts will be made to collect candidates' mobile phones, detect wireless headphones and block them. The staff in the examination room can't have secret conversations with the staff outside the examination room and the candidates to be tested.
