Candidates draw lots to decide the grouping and entry order. In some areas, group symbols are drawn first, and then sequence symbols are drawn. In other areas, the grouping and input order are determined at one time. For example, three (1) represents the 1 entry of the third group. In some areas, such as the civil service examination for central state organs, some ministries and commissions will arrange the examination room number and admission order of candidates in advance.
