3. Publish the minimum control score of written test and enter the interview candidates.
For candidates who reach the written test control score or above, the ratio of candidates entering the interview to the selection plan is not higher than 3: 1, and the candidates entering the interview are determined according to the written test scores from high to low. The last written test scores in the ratio are all candidates entering the interview. Candidates who have not reached the minimum control score of the written test, have violated discipline and regulations in the written test, and are absent from the test are not allowed to enter the interview. (3) Interview
1. Interview time and place. The interview examination room is located in Handan city. See the interview notice for the specific time, place and requirements of the interview. 2. interview method. A structured interview is conducted, with an interview time of 10 minute per person, which mainly tests the basic qualities and abilities required by the candidates to perform their duties. Full score 100, qualified score 60. Those who score less than 60 points are not allowed to enter the next round of selection procedures.
3. Interview grouping. Candidates applying for the same position are divided into the same group and the same field to participate in the interview.
4. Calculation of comprehensive test scores.

5. interview requirements. The interview test center is closed, and the candidates in each group (field) draw lots to decide the interview order after entering the exam. Candidates leave the examination room immediately after the interview, and are not allowed to return to the interview room and the waiting room, or stay or discuss near the examination room.
