Self-service is provided throughout the process, from brushing the face and entering the door to projecting the screen in the conference room. Except for 1 front desk, there are almost no other staff members in the building. According to the teacher, all five buildings in Whale Space are managed by artificial intelligence, and all full-time staff add up to only single digits. If this trend extends to other industries, will many people lose their jobs? Fortunately, we are digital special forces, so we can get a sneak peek with the bosses and go first.
At the beginning of the course, Hong Dongying, a famous domestic enterprise consultant, taught us the thinking and ability needed by digital special forces and the method of digital transformation of enterprises. This is completely different from our university study and our company training. We need to stay nervous and concentrate all the time in order to deal with Mr. Hong's frequent lottery questions and answers. Although it is very brain-burning and nervous, isn't this the listening, brainpower and oral expression skills that digital special forces should have?
In addition to instant questions and answers, we also have exciting classroom exercises. For example, in just 15 minutes, provide desktop research materials according to the theme specified by the teacher. For the first time, I suspected that the minute hand and the second hand of the watch had been changed; The browser is as calm as the Zootopia otter; My eyes have already become a ten-line scanner; And the brain, has burned into smoke. But I was surprised to find that human potential is unimaginable. Under such pressure, I also completed the task and gave the corresponding information. Other students also broke out in the small universe and became superman.
If the desktop study is just a person testing the water temperature on the beach, then the group work at night is a group of people swimming in the middle of the sea. Group of 4-5 people, brainstorm and output product ideas according to the assigned theme. At the beginning, we were still very harmonious. We put our heads together and came up with many ideas. But in the middle of the analysis, four people in our group had serious differences. Two people should go left, two people should go right, and everyone should stick to his own point of view and defend his right to express different views. With the passage of time, our bodies have also appeared various conditions. Some people have diarrhea, some people have a stomachache, and everyone is exhausted. It is still raining heavily outside the window. It's past midnight 12. Perhaps the revolutionary friendship melted the ice of disagreement, and both sides finally made some compromises and finished their homework at 1: 30 late at night.
Near noon the next day, our intended artist Zong also sent us eggs. According to the classic picture of Michelangelo's "God Created Adam", she integrated the cartoon image of each of us into it. In the upper right corner is the teacher who represents inheritance, in the lower left corner are all our grateful students, and in the middle is a glass of wine, which conveys great opportunities and knowledge essence to us. Everyone was very moved. They wrote their speeches in the blank space of the screen as a gift to the teachers, and also wished the teachers and our business legends in the era of innovation.
Do you think the whole training process, like a novel, is a combination of surprise and adventure, conflict and warmth? There is no screenwriter or director in this novel, only everyone's true colors appear and naturally emerge. And we evolved into better people in just two days.
If the whole training process is superficial, does the training content touch the core of the novel? Yes. This kind of training, sensibility and rationality coexist. In my opinion, the training content of digital special forces has at least three points, which can give novelists great inspiration.
Maximize indirect benefits
The first is to maximize indirect benefits. This means that no matter what business model, the final destination is the end consumer, that is, C, which represents the interests of the overwhelming majority of people. Only by meeting the needs of C can B benefit. Think about the works of a novelist, isn't it the same? Novelists may have to communicate with the publishing house to meet the various needs of the publishing house after finishing their works, and then they will publish and spread them. Or novelists can face readers directly from the media. In any case, we should create from the reader's point of view, to satisfy their pain points, cool points and itching points, so that they are willing to pay for your work, instead of blindly meeting the needs of the publishing house, or blindly appreciating themselves and ignoring the wishes of readers. In the era of digital industry, I believe that there will be more and more self-media platforms, which will allow authors and readers to fully communicate, let authors meet the needs of readers faster and more accurately through big data, and even create works with readers. Four colors, four personalities

This is what I felt when I participated in the digital special forces training camp. In fact, after all, everything is human nature.
