AFC Champions League qualifier
The AFC Champions League will rank 47 AFC member associations according to the competition results of Asian clubs in the past four years. All association members will be divided into "West Asia" and "East Asia", and each region has 23 member associations. Each district will have 16 directly qualified for the group stage, and the remaining four seats will be produced through the play-offs.
The top 12 member associations in each district can participate as long as they are qualified to participate in the AFC Champions League. The former 10 member associations in each district have won at least one seat and directly advanced to the group stage, while the remaining member associations can only get seats in the qualifiers. The seats of each association are at most one-third of the total number of teams participating in the top leagues under the association.
