Brief introduction of Jilin University:
Jilin University has a complete range of disciplines, covering all 13 disciplines such as philosophy, economics, law, education, literature and history, science, industry and hunger, agriculture, medicine, management and military science. There are 0/24 undergraduate majors/kloc-,59 first-level discipline degree authorization points, 299 master degree authorization points, 237 doctoral degree authorization points and 42 post-doctoral research stations.
There are four first-class national key disciplines (covering two disciplines: 17), 15 two disciplines and four national key (cultivation) disciplines.
Jilin University, referred to as "Jida", is located in Changchun, the capital of Jilin Province. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education and the central government. It is the national "double first-class", "2 1 1 project" and "985 project" key construction. Jilin University was founded in 1946 and 1952, and became the first comprehensive university founded by China * * * production party after the founding of the People's Republic of China. 1960 was listed as a national key university by the State Council.
In 2000, Jilin University, Jilin University of Technology, Bethune Medical University, changchun university of science and technology and Changchun University of Posts and Telecommunications merged to form a new Jilin University. In 2004, the former China People's Liberation Army Quartermaster University was transferred and merged.
