3. Party A shall assist Party B to handle the registration formalities of property right change and change the parking space property right certificate to Party B's name.

Article 5 The taxes and fees shall be borne by Party B (all expenses incurred by Party B in handling the transfer procedures of parking spaces).

Article 6 Delivery of parking spaces

Party A will vacate the parking space and hand it over to Party B for use, and hand over the parking space card to Party B. Please confirm when Party A will deliver the parking space.

Article 7 After Party A delivers the parking space to Party B, Party B shall use the parking space by itself and abide by the law. In case of any problem caused by violation of laws and regulations, Party B shall bear it by itself. Party A does not assume any responsibility.

Article 8 The property management enterprise of this parking space is: during the management period, the property management enterprise collects the underground parking management service fee and provides the underground parking property management service, and the property fee of this parking space shall be paid by Party B itself after the signing of this contract.

Article 9 Liability for breach of contract

Party A and Party B shall not terminate the contract without authorization, and the party that terminates the contract without authorization shall be deemed as a breach of contract, and the observant party shall have the right to demand the defaulting party to pay RMB as liquidated damages. For matters not covered, both parties may sign a supplementary agreement separately. The modification or dissolution of this contract shall be in written form. The annexes and supplementary agreements of this contract have the same legal effect as this contract.

Article 10 Notarization

Based on the principle of justice and fairness, for the sake of safety, Party B proposes to carry out notarization, and Party A actively cooperates with Party B to carry out notarization at the notary office, and the notarization fee shall be paid by Party B. ..
