Among them, the interview content: mainly assess the applicant's basic qualities of teachers such as professional cognition, psychological quality, appearance, verbal expression and thinking quality, and basic teaching skills such as teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation. Interview forms: structured interview, scenario simulation, etc. The interview is conducted through topics selection, lesson preparation (activity design), answering specified questions, trial lecture (demonstration), defense (demonstration) and grading.
Interview procedure:
1. Candidates arrive at the examination room on time with the oral examination admission ticket and ID card, and enter the waiting room for the examination.
2. According to the layout of test sites, log in to the interview evaluation software system, and the computer will randomly select test questions from the question bank. After the candidates confirm, the system will print a list of test questions.
3. Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with lesson preparation paper and list of questions, write lesson plans and prepare lessons for 20 minutes.
4. The staff guides the candidates into the designated interview room. The examiner randomly selects 2 prescribed questions from the question bank, and the candidates answer them within 5 minutes.
5. Students must study 10 minutes according to the course plan.
6. The interviewer will ask the candidates about the content and test items, and the candidates will answer the questions for 5 minutes.
