Can the order of drawing lots for interviews of civil servants be adjusted?

You can't. Civil servants need to draw lots to decide the order of the exam before the exam. The order before and after the exam is fixed and cannot be adjusted. The exam needs to be conducted in the order of extraction. Interview is an examination activity in which examiners evaluate the basic qualities of candidates, such as knowledge, ability, experience, temperament and personality, through direct conversation with candidates or observation in specific situations.
