Looking back on the competition from the initial decision to the final success, I can't help feeling deeply! I still remember that night ten days ago, our moderators and vice moderators were full of blood, and in line with the good wishes of prospering the forum, activating the forum and serving the players well, they unanimously agreed to hold this double dunk match, without considering the thorns or obstacles in the road ahead. It was not until I made a decision and implemented it that I found that everything was far from being as simple as I thought!
First of all, the organizers were a little unhappy when they participated in the competition. Of course, most players support the competition organized by us, but a few people don't understand our original intention and think that we are showing off and saying some sarcastic words to contradict the competition. Although our repeated explanations finally changed their views, this episode still painted a little ugly color on the game.
Secondly, on the issue of funding for this competition, it has experienced twists and turns. I thought that after the forum submitted the competition application report to the domain name company, the domain name company would reply quickly and allocate some competition funds. I didn't expect the game report to sink into the sea after it was submitted. Seeing that the date of the competition is approaching, the competition funds have not yet been settled, and more than half of the funds have not yet been put in place. Our moderator's heart is as heavy as a stone. For this reason, the cold version stayed in front of the computer for several days and nights, waiting for the appearance of 008 customer service, but in the end I didn't wait for his news. In this case, the forum deliberately postponed the game, but it was opposed by most players, because many of them wanted to play early. Therefore, in order to take care of the time of the players, the game is still scheduled for the 22nd. The competition funds are all raised by the organizing Committee. The organizing Committee has tried its best to raise funds. So far, although most of the competition funds have been raised, there are still some funding gaps.
Third, in the course of this competition, some discordant voices appeared. As the forum is the first time to organize such a competition, it is inevitable that there will be inexperience, unpredictability and mistakes in some issues. For example, on the punctuality of the contestants, they all rely on the players' consciousness, without taking any compulsory measures, which led to the absence of some players in the first round of the competition, which affected the normal holding of the competition, delayed some competition time and caused some complaints.
In a word, we don't want to see the above problems, and we are trying to overcome them. I think after these little setbacks in this competition, our next competition will be better and more popular. It is worth celebrating that despite the above-mentioned minor flaws, on the whole, this competition is still a success. The final champion and runner-up are produced through strict competition procedures. Everyone played a level, played a style and played a friendship! Rules of Double Buckle Competition for Employees in 2009
1. Number of participants: 4 players from each trade union group form 2 pairs, *** 16 pairs, with 32 participants, divided into two groups.
