Teaching interview process
1, enter the waiting room
Candidates enter the waiting room for teaching interview with the admission ticket and ID card. According to the candidates' registration time, subjects and interview room settings, the teaching interview candidates are organized in groups and enter the topic selection room for topic selection.
2. Enter the question extraction room.
The invigilator will call out the number of candidates in batches according to the serial number of the teaching interview group lottery, and let the candidates enter the examination room. Step 3 enter the lesson preparation room
Examiners check the basic information of candidates and organize candidates to sign in. The interviewer arranges the candidates' seats and distributes the draft paper for preparing lessons. Write a lesson plan in 20 minutes. 15 minute preparation time.
4. Structured question and answer
The interviewer randomly selects two prescribed questions from the question bank through the interview evaluation system, informs the candidates of the questions and asks them to start answering them. The time is about 5 minutes. The interviewer will make corresponding scores according to the candidates' performance.

Candidates start the trial lecture, time 15 minutes. Examiners will make corresponding scores according to candidates' performance.
6. Defense
The interviewer will ask two questions to the candidates according to their trial lecture, and the time will be about 5 minutes. According to the performance of the candidates, the examiner of the teaching interview should make corresponding scores. After answering the questions in the interview, the candidates give the lesson plans to the interviewer and then leave the interview room.
