According to the spirit of "List of Written Examiners and Qualification Examination Announcement for Recruiting Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Changjiang District of Jingdezhen City in 20 15", on July 2, the Education and Sports Bureau of Changjiang District of Jingdezhen City, together with the District People's Social Security Bureau, conducted qualification examination for written examiners and determined the interviewers. First, the interview time

The interview is scheduled for the morning of July 29th. Candidates must arrive at the interview place before 8: 00 am on the day of the interview (those who are late for more than 15 minutes will be disqualified). The official interview starts at 8: 30.

Four. Interview method and content

The interview takes the form of lectures and defense. Interview time 15 minutes, including lecture 10 minutes and defense for 5 minutes. Total interview score 100, of which 80% is lectures and 20% is defense.

Textbooks used in lectures: textbooks of corresponding disciplines used by public schools in our district (primary school: fifth grade textbooks; Junior high school: eighth grade textbook).

Scope of defense: knowledge points in the textbook of this section.

Defense mode: After the lecture, the judges will ask questions on the spot and the candidates will answer them on the spot. Among them, the candidates in the fine arts discipline do not reply, and they use the method of adding test sketches for no more than 5 minutes.

Calculation method of verb (abbreviation of verb) grade

According to the spirit of "Jiangxi Province 20 15 Recruitment Announcement for Primary and Secondary School Teachers", the written subjects of primary and secondary school teachers are "Comprehensive Education Knowledge" and "Professional Knowledge of Corresponding Subjects" (with a total score of 200 points), and the written test and interview scores account for 50% respectively. That is, the total score of primary and secondary school teachers' candidates = written test score ×0.5+ interview score. All grades are calculated to two decimal places. If the total score of candidates in the same position is the same, the list of candidates will be determined from high score to low score according to the interview results. If the interview score is less than 70 points, it will not be hired.

Candidates write their speeches with special interview paper in the preparation room. After 30 minutes of preparation, they entered the interview room for an interview.

Candidates can only enter the interview room if they have written their speeches in the preparation room. After the interview, they will leave the examination room immediately and will not stay any longer.

Seven, interview discipline

The interview process is managed in a unified and closed way. After entering the examination room, candidates should consciously obey the management of the staff and must not leave the examination room before the end of the interview. Candidates are not allowed to bring any prohibited items such as communication equipment or mobile phones into the examination room (the candidates' mobile phones will be kept by the staff after entering the waiting room), and the lesson preparation room will provide lesson preparation materials. Candidates are not allowed to bring other books or reference materials into the preparation room. You are not allowed to disclose your name and position to the judges during the interview. After the interview, you are not allowed to enter the waiting room and preparation room. During the period, candidates who violate the above regulations will be disqualified from the interview on the spot once they are found to have fraudulent behavior.
