Wuhua County, formerly known as Changle County, was renamed in the early Republic of China. It is a revolutionary old county under the jurisdiction of Meizhou City, Guangdong Province. Located in the northeast of Guangdong Province, on the upper reaches of the Han River, it is a part of the hilly area of eastern Guangdong, with the latitude of 23 23' to 2412' and the longitude of1515. It borders Fengshun County, Jiexi County and Liuhe in the southeast, Zijin County in Heyuan City in the southwest, Longchuan in the northwest and Xingning in the northeast. The east-west distance is 7 1.59 km, and the north-south length is 87.99 km. The terrain of the county is rhombic, with a total area of 3226.06 square kilometers, accounting for 1.47% of the area of Guangdong Province.
