The exam was conducted by structured interview, and the interview time was 30 minutes each, with a full score of 100. The results were evaluated and announced on the spot. The interview mainly examines the applicant's professional theoretical knowledge, professional knowledge application ability, scientific research ability, expansion ability and potential. The order of participants in the interview shall be decided by drawing lots on the spot on the interview day.
If the number of people actually entering the interview is equal to the number of job recruitment plans, the minimum score of the interview is set to 75 points in advance, and candidates who do not reach the minimum score are not allowed to enter the medical examination and inspection.
If the candidates' interview results are the same, the order will be determined by extra test.
(5) Physical examination
According to the number of job recruitment plans and interview results, the physical examination and inspection objects are determined from high score to low score.
The physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the National Civil Service Bureau on Amending the General Standards for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) and the Operation Manual for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 16) and the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, The former Provincial Health Department's Notice on Further Standardizing the Physical Examination of Open Recruiters in Provincial Institutions (Wan Ren Shemi [2013] No.208) and other regulations are organized by the recruiting unit in the third-class general hospital, and the medical examination expenses are borne by the candidates themselves.
(6) Investigation
The inspection work is completed by each recruitment unit and objective and detailed inspection materials are provided. According to the requirements of the post to be hired, take various forms to fully understand and master the political thought, moral quality, ability and quality, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, job matching, credit and other aspects of the subject, as well as the performance during the study and application. At the same time, verify whether the subject meets the prescribed qualifications, whether the information and related materials provided are true and accurate, and whether there is any situation of avoiding the application. According to the spirit of relevant documents, in the process of inspection, we will also take the ways of working platform inquiry, individual conversation and interview with the inspected object to understand the credit status of the inspected object. If there is a vacancy in the qualified candidates for physical examination and inspection, they will be replenished equally according to the interview results from high to low, and the replenishment will not exceed twice. (7) Publicity and employment
For those who pass the inspection and physical examination, the recruitment unit is determined to be the person to be hired, and the publicity is drawn up, which is reported to the Personnel Department of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and publicized on the original recruitment information publishing website for 7 days. Upon the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, the recruiting unit will submit the relevant materials to the Provincial Department of Natural Resources for review, and then submit them to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for employment approval.
If there is a contractual relationship between the proposed employee and the original employer, it shall terminate the contract with the original employer and provide proof of termination. The required materials should be provided within 7 days after the end of the publicity. If it is not provided within the time limit, it shall be deemed as abandonment.
The newly hired personnel shall implement the employment system, and shall sign an employment contract with the recruiting unit according to the regulations, and implement a probation period, which shall be included in the employment contract period.
