What do civil servants take?

The written subjects of the civil service examination are "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Shen Lun"

The line test mainly examines the candidates' speech comprehension and expression, common sense judgment, data analysis, quantitative relationship and judgment reasoning; The application mainly examines the candidates' comprehensive analysis, induction, countermeasures, implementation and article writing ability.

The civil service examination subjects are divided into two subjects: administrative ability test and applied theory, and are divided into provincial (sub-provincial) and prefecture-level examination papers according to different positions. The full mark of each test paper is 100, and the test is conducted by closed book method.

The administrative ability test is divided into five parts: common sense judgment, speech understanding and expression, quantitative relationship, reasoning judgment and data analysis.

"Shen Lun" adopts the form of subjective questions, and the provincial (sub-provincial) and prefecture-level examination papers are all five questions. The first four topics are questions and answers, including one or two practical writing questions (such as speeches, briefings, brief comments, proposals, etc. ), the last topic is presented in the form of a big composition.

1, interview process: first draw lots, then wait for the exam, then enter the examination room to answer questions, and finally leave to announce the results.
