The main points of structured interview process can be divided into four links: examination and lottery, waiting for examination, examination and result announcement.

1. Review the lottery

Necessary documents: ID card, interview notice, written test admission ticket, etc.

If you lose your ID card, you need to go to the public security department to reissue temporary id card in time; No one may enter the examination room to take the exam with other documents that are inconsistent with the types of legal documents reported at the time of registration.

If you lose the interview notice, you need to contact the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau or the recruiting unit in time to request a replacement.

If you lose the written test admission ticket (which is not needed for interviews in many units, but may be used for qualification review), log in to the local personnel examination network, which has the option of printing the admission ticket, and log in to query and print it.

Waiting for the exam

Candidates will wait for the exam in the waiting room. The waiting room is usually the hotel where the test center is located, the conference room of the hotel or the classroom of the school. After the candidates participate in the lottery, candidates who have obtained the same position will be arranged in the same waiting room to wait for the exam. The seats in the waiting room are generally arranged in a fixed way, and candidates need to sit in the order of drawing lots. Some examination rooms have no strict requirements and can sit freely.

Layout of examination room: The examination room is divided into examiner's seat, invigilator's seat, timing and scoring seat and examinee's seat.

The examiner's seat is 2-3 meters in front of the examinee's seat and consists of 7-9 examiners. 4. Publish the results
