How is your school divided into classes when new students enter school? How to treat the placement of children through relationships?

Let's talk about how our school is divided into classes. For example, in my school, sunny classes are now implemented. There will be a simple interview when students sign up, and the teacher will ask a few questions and take notes according to the students' reactions. Then, according to the interview situation of students and the ratio of male to female, students are divided into good groups by computer, with no more than 45 people in each group. The class teachers and classroom teachers in each class of senior one are determined by the way of matching young and old. In order to ensure fairness and justice for all students, the school will consider the collocation of young and old in each class when determining the head teacher and classroom teachers, so as to balance the teachers in each class. In addition to the head teacher, there will be an assistant head teacher in the first grade. If the head teacher has little work experience, the deputy head teacher will choose an old teacher as a teacher; If the head teacher is an old teacher, the deputy head teacher will choose a young teacher as a teacher. The head teacher, deputy head teacher and subject teacher of each class shall be determined before the students report for duty. Students in each class should be determined at the beginning of the class. On the day of school, students and parents line up in divided groups. Each group selects student representatives and parents representatives, and draws lots to decide which class this group is.

Let me talk about my views on the placement of children through relationships. I can understand parents who put their children in different classes through connections. Parents want to strive for the best educational resources for their children. But like the placement method in our school, there is no need for parents to entrust relationships. The teachers in each class are very balanced. What you think of as a good class and a good teacher may not be suitable for your children. It is better to spend more time and energy to train your own children. Your children are good, and everywhere is good.
