According to the spirit of the Notice on Printing and Distributing (Su Fa [2009] No.79), in order to do a good job in the recruitment and training of police officers in Jiangsu Province in 2009, the relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:

First, the determination of the interviewee.

In 2009, the interview time for the recruitment training of political and legal police officers in Jiangsu Province began at 8: 00 am on September 26th. Candidates for positions in the public security and judicial system are interviewed in cities that recruit positions according to the territorial principle. All localities should strictly follow the provisions of document No.79 [2009] of the Soviet Political Law and conscientiously do a good job in the qualification examination of interview candidates. The physical examination and physical fitness test of the people's police of public security organs shall be organized and implemented. Candidates who are shortlisted for the interview should be publicized to the public, and a written notice should be sent to the candidates in time to inform the relevant matters that should be paid attention to in the interview, so as to ensure that the candidates attend the interview on time.

Second, the organizational requirements of the interview

The interview work in the province is uniformly deployed by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the interview work in each city is specifically organized and implemented by the personnel examination center of each city under the leadership of the Municipal Personnel Bureau. All localities should pay close attention to the organizational preparations for the interview in accordance with the following requirements:

(1) Choose a good interviewer. Interview examiners should select comrades with good political quality, strong professional ability, fairness and decency. All interviewers must hold the certificate of interviewers above Grade 3 issued by the former Provincial Personnel Department (except specially invited interviewers).

(2) implement the avoidance system. All localities should carry out strict qualification examination for interview examiners and interview examination room staff. According to the relevant provisions of the Civil Service Law, if there is a avoidance relationship between the interviewer, the interview room staff and the candidates, or if they need to be avoided for other reasons, they must be avoided and may not undertake the interview task.

(3) Do a good job in setting up interview test sites. The interview test sites are located in cities under the jurisdiction of provinces. Please fax the setting of interview test sites and examiners to the provincial personnel test center before September 2 1.

Third, the provisions of the interview procedure

(1) Candidates prepare. Candidates will close their books in the designated waiting room before 7: 00 on the day of the exam with the interview notice, ID card and written test admission ticket, and the interview order will be determined by drawing lots. Applicants for the same position must be in the same interview group. Those who are 30 minutes late will be regarded as absent from the exam.

(2) Candidates are waiting for the exam. Candidates' waiting rooms are closed all day, and cities designate special personnel to be responsible for the supervision and management of candidates. All candidates who have not been interviewed are not allowed to leave the waiting room. If it is really necessary to leave halfway under special circumstances, it shall obtain the consent of the staff and be accompanied by a special person. Candidates are not allowed to bring communication tools and electronic equipment into the waiting room. If there is, it should be stored in a centralized place designated by the staff.

The personnel examination centers of all cities should provide candidates' information with photos for the waiting room and interview room respectively, for the use of the examination room supervisor and the staff of the waiting room.

Fourth, the interview style and discipline requirements

All localities should earnestly strengthen the organization and leadership of the interview work in this examination area, be serious about the examination discipline, carefully organize and standardize the operation. It is necessary to take the initiative to invite discipline inspection, supervision and relevant units to inspect and supervise the implementation process of the interview organization in this region to ensure the fairness and justice of the interview.

V. Interview fee standard

According to the spirit of the Reply of Jiangsu Provincial Price Bureau and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance on Adjusting the Charging Standards of Some Personnel Examination Items (Su Jia Han Fei [2006]184, Su Cai Zong [2006] No.86), each city can charge 100 yuan for the interview examination of each short-listed candidate.

Six, about the interview work of some units of the provincial prison system.

The interview work of some units in the provincial prison system is organized and implemented by the Provincial Personnel Testing Center.

Interview time: all day on September 26th, 2009.

The provincial prison administration shall fax the list of candidates who have entered each post of the unit for interview to the Mobile Deployment Department of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Personnel Testing Center before September 2, 2009, and notify the candidates to make good preparations for the interview.
