Landscape characteristics of Lion Mountain

Lion Mountain is located in Yan Qian Town, Wuping County. It belongs to limestone cave landform and is named after it looks like a lion. Lion Rock, called Nan 'an Rock in ancient times, was once included in the dictionary of places of interest in China. Climb the lion rock and enter the hole, which is the ancient Buddha Hall, with three ancient buddhas enshrined in the middle. The first one was issued by Yinshan Temple in Danshui Town, Taiwan Province. The rock wall is carved with caves named after Li Gang, the prime minister of the Northern Song Dynasty. The water in the cave is clear, and the ancient Buddha in Nan 'an lives in the cave. On both sides of the cave stood the protector. On the right side of the cave is Tathagata, more than ten feet high, and on the left side of the cave are Shuide towering and Mazu. Behind the ancient Buddhist temple, there is the first cave with a winding path, and there are many natural stone lions, statues, monkeys, turtles and so on. The top of the rock is engraved with the word "the world shed pot", which is said to have been inscribed by Emperor Qianlong. Out of the hole, you can pass Guanyin Palace, He Xiangu Palace and Seven Saints Palace on the left, and you can pass the Palace of Wealth, the Palace of Medicine King and Bodhisattva and Notre Dame on the right. At the foot of the mountain is the Tian Jun Temple. At the top of Lion Mountain, there are towering old trees. In front of Lion Rock, there is a natural spring lake named Jiaohu, which is as clear as a mirror, and is called Jiaotan Chongyue.
