The reason may be that the aunt who delivered the blackboard in the morning lost it, or that someone else lost it and occupied the classroom. Although we found this situation early and solved the problem, there is no guarantee that it will not happen next time. Therefore, when we are in the second teaching classroom, we must bully on the same day, and earlier to prevent being spoiled by our aunt.
There are also some details, such as the unmarked notes in the first and second lottery, which caused them to make a mistake in the lottery. And when it's the next player's turn, don't just say the next one, but tell the player's number and name, because some players can't remember whose turn it is.

This kind of problem will affect the image of our learning department in the whole college. Therefore, in future activities, the person in charge should lead the classroom on the same day and check the classroom in advance to avoid similar problems.
2. Process rehearsal: It was the first time to engage in a more formal activity, and I didn't notice the problems of the rehearsal process in advance, which led to the confusion of rehearsal before the activity and failed to achieve the ideal effect of rehearsal. In the future, we should rehearse roughly once in the preliminary preparation and once before the official activities begin. Only in this way can our activities be held more smoothly.
3. Invitation of judges: As one of the leaders, I really ignored the details of the judges and didn't have a deep understanding of the invitation of Xiaohua. I didn't emphasize that the judges should prepare questions and prepare closing remarks. This time gave us a warning: every detail is important.
4. Personnel arrangement: Although there are lessons from the debate, our personnel arrangement this time is also the biggest problem. First of all, I didn't let all the officers know their work in advance, which led to a bit of confusion when arranging the scene. Some officers didn't know the specific work. Unreasonable work distribution has led some officers to come over from class without tasks, wasting time.
5. Sequential lottery and seating arrangement: In the lottery order, we didn't come up with a fair lottery method in advance, so that the players can draw directly, which may make the players who draw later feel unfair. In the future, we will consider organizing the lottery according to the order of signing in. The seating arrangement does not meet the specific requirements, so when the contestants enter the venue, the lecture venue will be chaotic. 6. SMS notification: I always thought that notification messages could only be sent to one of the ministers responsible for related activities. I'm sorry, the notice of this speech contest didn't go through Minister Jie Gu and Vice Minister Zhao Rong. We can't have similar problems in the future.
7. Completion of the planning book: We spent a lot of time discussing the content of the planning book, but there are still many problems in the final planning book, reflecting that the work efficiency of several responsible persons needs to be improved, so we should try our best to complete the planning book two days before the event.
8. Politeness: Before the activity, we didn't emphasize this issue, resulting in not greeting the judges, which will damage the image of our college. Politeness deserves attention.

The preliminaries of the English speech contest have ended. As one of the main leaders, I feel generally satisfied. Recalling the dribs and drabs in the whole planning process, I feel a lot. Advantages:
1, the team spirit is commendable and the cooperation is smooth.
All members of the group can attend every discussion and actively put forward their own views and opinions. They can also listen carefully to others and don't interrupt. Perhaps this speech contest is more common and simple, and everyone's opinions are more unified. There is no big controversy, but more complementarity. Occasionally disagree, after some discussion, there will be satisfactory results, rather than always entangled. I hope that in my future work, no matter how different opinions there are, I can treat them objectively.
2. The report is well done.
We can report our progress to our senior in time and ask her for advice.
3. Clear division of labor.
The previous division of labor was very good, and everyone tried their best to do their assigned work and help each other.
The division of labor during the competition is also very clear, and because one of the officers can't come because of his foot injury, we can arrange another officer to replace him (field control) in time.
4. The order of the competition was maintained well.
The contestants were led into the venue by the field director, and the venue was orderly. The staff can't walk around at will, and the discipline is much higher than that of the previous debate.
Because we used two classrooms, and other associations planned to come here for a meeting that night, people kept walking inside. We don't know in advance, but we can improvise and arrange several people to block up in the corridor, stop them and explain clearly so as not to interfere with the game.
Insufficient:
1. There is no innovation in the planning book, and many of them are copied from last year's planning book.
When planning this competition, Sister Yan Ting gave us the planning book of last year's speech competition for our reference. We thought the framework of the planning book was the same, so we copied the whole framework, only modified some contents, and even copied and pasted some items that were not available last year. Moreover, the plan book given to the teacher elder sister is not fully and comprehensively considered in details. Later, after the criticism and correction of my senior sister, we revised it again and again and finally improved a lot.
Lesson: The planning book is a detailed introduction to the whole activity process and the embodiment of our planning ideas, which must be completed by ourselves. Every step and thing in the planning book must be authentic or predictable. In the future, you should think independently, seek truth from facts and pay attention to details.
2. Classroom.
I didn't find the classroom occupied earlier. It was only about 3 hours before the game, so I changed my position temporarily, which caused a lot of inconvenience.
Lesson: In the future, you should go to the classroom on the day of the activity so that it will not be erased, and you should check it regularly to make sure it is foolproof.
3. The work of contacting the judges is not comprehensive.
Instead of explaining the whole process of the competition and the number of judges in advance, the judges were told before the competition, which caught them off guard.
Lesson: contact the judges a few days in advance, show them the plan in advance, and let the judges know the whole competition process.
4. The form of check-in is not planned.
The original plan was that both the registration and the competition were held in the same classroom, because there were less than two classrooms connected. Later, the location of the classroom was temporarily changed, and the two classrooms were connected together, so the sign-in place was temporarily separated from the competition, which was a bit unprepared.
Lesson: Be sure to think of all possible things in advance and make a detailed emergency plan.

The preliminary contest of the speech contest has come to a successful conclusion, but many problems can still be seen.
1. I still haven't noticed the details. When issuing the number plate, because the number plate is divided into two parts, it is sent to freshmen by mistake, and those who become sophomores can only be recycled and reissued, which leads to a slight complaint from freshmen and easily leaves an impression of incompetence on the staff.
2. Temporarily change the check-in point. This temporary replacement of the sign-in desk slightly disrupted the prepared work. Although the impact is not great, it is best to explain in advance to prevent problems before they happen.
3. Use of the classroom. Temporary classroom change caused the staff to call the venue one by one, so that a few players failed to arrive on time. Moreover, it is not unintentional to temporarily occupy the classroom of 50 1.502 (previously occupied by other organizations), but it always feels bad and brings inconvenience to others. At the same time, it also reminds us that we must pay attention to careful confirmation when occupying the classroom to ensure that the news will not be rubbed or occupied by other departments.
4. The telephone notification is not clear. After changing classrooms, because of the large number of people, the staff may make a slip of the tongue, which makes the players unable to accurately understand the venue. Of course, it does not rule out that the players themselves have heard wrong. However, both subjective and objective reasons remind us that we should be cautious and take our work seriously everywhere.

Although the curtain of the English speech contest has fallen, the problems exposed in the process deserve our serious consideration.
1, planning book. Maybe we are very specific when discussing, but we are still not clear and specific in expression; In addition, in the structure, we only know the theme and background of the event, but ignore the innovation. This makes our planning book look rigid. In the future, when we write the plan, we must be detailed, and the emergency plan and personnel arrangement must be as detailed as possible.
2. The time arrangement is not reasonable enough. A lot of preliminary work is a bit messy, such as stocking.
3. The classroom application is not clear. Because the department was occupied, we had to change the venue temporarily, which caused the players to be dissatisfied with our work. In the future, try to apply for the department of the first teaching experimental building, and at the same time take one in the second teaching as a backup.
There is not enough contact between the headmaster and other officials. In the previous discussion, because other officials did not participate in the discussion, many details were unclear, which caused the dilemma of not answering the questions of the academic Committee. Every discussion in the future should be notified to other officials at the first time.
5. Notes for players. Some academic committees failed to convey the competition information to the players in time and accurately, resulting in some players failing to arrive at the scene on time, which affected the progress of the competition.
