Bicycle race problem

The cycling competition consists of four kinds of shirts, which are introduced as follows:

Yellow Shirt Army-the leader of the total score. The total score is the sum of riding time every day, MINUS the time for drivers to win prizes in the stage or road section. The one who takes the least time wears a yellow collar cycling shirt (yellow jacket).

Green shirt army-sprint points are distributed at the end of each stage, and the people who score the most points every day wear green shirt army, commonly known as "sprint king" However, the person wearing the green shirt is not necessarily good at the overall score, but only the winner of the individual stage.

The reward time for the sprint in the middle of the Tour de France is 6 seconds for the first place, 4 seconds for the second place and 3 seconds for the third place. The sprint reward time at the end of the stage is 20 seconds. The "return" of time is the time subtracted from the total score.

Polka-dot shirt-a white shirt with red dots, awarded to the best climber, commonly known as "the king of climbing", and the first driver who passes the top climbing line gets the highest score. The grade of slope is divided into HC, 1, 2, 3, 4. HC is the most difficult grade, and the scores are different with different grades.

The white shirt, awarded to the "Newcomer King", should be the best young cyclist under 25 who participated in the Tour de France for the first time. In cycling, especially in the stage of the Tour de France, the endurance of drivers under the age of 25 is generally insufficient, so this award is established.
