After the seats are divided, there will always be a situation of "several happy families and several sad families". However, how should our class teacher arrange the seats effectively? How to take care of most students' grades? This is something we should think about. I want to talk about my feelings and my own practices based on my personal experience. First, arrange seats according to height. This is the first time I have been in the second row of senior high school since I joined the work. I feel that newborn calves are not afraid of tigers and are selfless. The advantages of this seating arrangement are: the class teacher saves trouble and doesn't have to consider many other factors; Students don't have too many objections; Moreover, students' sight is unimpeded. However, the following problems follow: 1. Many parents let their children sit in front through various relationships, which makes me very embarrassed; It is unfair to other students to take care of some leading children; Students will also see it in their eyes and keep it in their hearts, so it will be difficult for me to carry out my future student work. If it is not handled properly, it will be meaningless in front of many leaders. 2. Some children are very tall, but they are really nearsighted and can't see clearly; Sitting in the back affects their study and is not conducive to the development of students. 3. Students with good academic performance are distributed behind and on both sides of the teacher, and the discipline behind them is generally poor, which is not conducive to students with good academic performance to take the lead in learning. Most tall boys like sports. If they are grouped together, they will have their own group of "friends". They will be late for class collectively and even dunk in class. Second, the mixed numbering method This is the last lesson I learned, and I decided to decide the seating situation according to the numbering method. I don't think it will hurt anyone. It depends on luck where you sit. But it also caused a lot of trouble: 1. Some students complained to me. After getting the number, some students asked everywhere who was sitting with him. They thought it was inappropriate to sit at the same table, so they asked someone to change places. In this way, many people have replaced their disliked positions with relatively satisfactory ones. 2. This is prone to the phenomenon of cliques; "Like-minded" students will always sit together after drawing the number, as if they will never be separated. Introverted and unsociable students are at a disadvantage and can only go with the flow. Third, the method of arranging seats The results of the middle school entrance examination and the final exam are carried out as scheduled. There are two ways to arrange seats: ① Do well according to the results, and then sit in the exam ranking: This method is simple. After the results come out, you will know where you are sitting. (2) According to the order of academic performance, choose the seat first, then choose the second one, and so on. The advantages of doing this are: there is no human seat, and no parents and leaders come to me; This can promote students' ability to compete, and can also promote students' learning. But the disadvantages are: poor students gather behind, and the classroom discipline is poor; Some people give up; Damaged the dignity of those students behind. Later, I improved the method of arranging seats according to test scores: when I arranged seats according to test scores, I gave the first place to naughty children and let them attend classes honestly under the eyes of teachers. Some naughty children's grades will gradually go up, and I feel that this method needs to be improved. Fourth, the test results of the head-to-tail sitting method are in the middle and end of the schedule, the first and last place in the class, the second and last place in the class, and so on, voluntarily forming a mutual aid pair; According to the ranking of two people's total scores, decide the seat. The advantages of this are: because the two students are tied together, they will help each other and make progress together; When summing up and commending each semester, the students who have helped obviously are praised, which enhances the friendship between students. But the disadvantage is that it increases the burden on those with excellent academic performance. 5. The method of arranging seats freely. This method of arranging seats is to freely choose a companion combination according to each student's wishes and hobbies, and then arrange seats according to the test results or lottery numbers. The advantage of this way is to respect the students' personality, be comfortable with the people you like and learn more efficiently. But the disadvantage is that some students who like to talk get together, which affects classroom discipline.
